Comfortable and clean.Although they were dealing with a family emergency and were fully booked they gave us a warm welcome. The room as clean and comfortable with a very useful fridge and microwave. The en-suite was clean and worked well. The Wi-Fi worked fine. There is ample parking. The sea is just a short drive away with a beach which is covered at high tide so best to check the times of the tide. The breakfast was fine. For an evening meal there are good restaurants nearby
Quite setting just outside Bridgend. More a hotel set up than guest house. The room we stayed in was in a separate long building at back. the room was large with ensuite and very motel like not a lot of character but clean and comfortable. Nice view over countryside at back. Good breakfast. Ground floor so no stairs which is good for bags.

Lovely clean room , breakfast was a tad limited but good enough and hot. Nice friendly staff, however we both feel that there are a few health and safety issues that need to be addressed, there was quite a drop near the garages which by rights should have been fenced off and warning signs, you would certainly suffer a bad injury if you were to fall off that wall or even drive off it in the dark
