Be prepared for a long wait at peak times as its really popular and drinks are made to order.Disappointed that the milk in our lattes was oversteamed - we had to wait a good 10 mins before we were even able to sip it!

Jobs worth manager wouldn't heat latte to 170. Health and safety when hot water for tea is over 200

The branch in the Odeon is genuinely the worst branch I've ever given my custom too. Incompetent, poorly trained staff, who just could not get anything right or have a clue of how to do their job, it was just laughable.

Awful service, really rude members of staff who stood doing nothing (Tonia) and the spoke about us to her collegues. Told we couldn't have a table if 4 (as there were 2 if us- hoping to use the space for laptops, files etc)....despite one table being laid and used for raffle prizes. After telling us to move tables said member of staff then went and sat with someone and chatted while the staff at the counted had to call upon her twice to come and help serve!!Service from one woman in particular was extremely rude, then a 2nd member of staff came over after an hour and rudely told us 'you can have the table now, its busy in the morning'.Staff here are clearly very unhappy and need some training in manners and customer service.£4 for the smaller ice coffee ever.Bad service, poor produce. We won't be back

I take a disabled person there for coffee and teacake before going shopping in Sainsbury's on other side of the car park. Staff appear to be poorly trained, slow to serve, totally disorganised and had to ask, yet again, if there were any teacakes and was begrudgingly, I felt, told only if we had Flora. People skills are lacking. Coffee, latte with double shots, was weak and only warm, teacakes were chewy and tasted stale, one was toasted and left on the side to cool before second one was toasted. Decided not to bother again, will use Sainsbury's cafe.

The two men did not fulfill the order as prescribed. The goods have been delivered. I am very dissatisfied. I had to go to another Starbucks. There I received the order according to the recipe.
