The two ladies making the drinks behind the counter were so friendly ! And really quick at making the drinks.But the lady who was filling shelves and cleaning tables was really rude to my mum when she asked her to wipe the table which had milk on it - she held the cloth out for my mum and said “ there you go then” and waited for my mum to wipe the table and took it off her and walked away ? Now we don’t have issues wiping tables at all as we both have hospitality backgrounds...read full review

Be prepared for a long wait at peak times as its really popular and drinks are made to order.Disappointed that the milk in our lattes was oversteamed - we had to wait a good 10 mins before we were even able to sip it!
