The restaurant itself was presentable the prices are well above average The toilets were filthy with sanitary towels overflowing onto the dirty floor. No toilet paper available very very poor

Friendly staff but very dirty. The lamp shade hanging above where i was eating was covered in dust. Had to move incase anything fell on my food. Plus all the bins were full.

I’m a regular customer of this starbucks store as it’s on my way to work, over the past week i’ve noticed that the aircon has not been working, it felt like I was suffocating. The poor staff could not apologise enough and made me feel so sorry for them all! Hard enough to work in this heat let alone it being warmer inside than out!! Please have this fixed, it’s not fair on staff or customers. Food and drink as always were perfect!
