We had a an Egg Nog Latte each, service was very good and our drinks were hot and flavoursome The actual outlet could be a bit better set up as lots of empty space that could be used to create a more pleasant athmosphere-but overall top class

Don't recommend the ice latte asked for cream and caramel syrup with my order and didn't receive cream or the caramel syrup with my order. 0* really disappointed with wasting a £1. Felt ripped off

Stopped for a coffee, spoke to supervisor/manager he was so helpful and kind offering to helping me out to the car, this guy deserves a medal for going the extra mile and looking after his customers.

Just popped in for a Black Filter and a Frappucino with my daughter. My first filter was cold so they gave me something instead, americano supposedly. Communication was awful and they had no masks on, so that wasn't the excuse. I got back to my table and my Black coffee is now boiling hot but tastes like hot water. It doesn't even smell like coffee?? I drink a lot of coffee from Costa, Nero and Starbucks. This is the last time I will come to this store for sure. Shocking service and expensive cup of hot water. Normally I would return the drink, but I shouldn't have to go back twice. Black coffee from a coffee shop shouldn't be that difficult for them surely. I would like to point out that the first cup of filter tasted and smelt nice but was not hot. I have no idea what happened to the second cup?

Went to the Starbucks on Waterton industrial estate and was disgusted by the bad attitude from the staff from the very start. The woman who I spoke to on the ordering speaker was abrupt and the cashier was just as rude on the collection point.

Waited about half an hour in the drive thru to get to the window. Finally got there and tried to place our order only to be told we had missed the little speaker thing where you place your order and were actually at the collection point. Initially the server was going to put our order through since we clearly hadn’t missed the speaker deliberately after waiting almost half an hour in the drive thru. Then her colleague stopped her from doing it and the server told us she couldn’t put our order through and we would have to drive round again, right from the beginning. No other alternatives given. Absolutely terrible. If the service is that rigid, then they should make the speaker point a hell of a lot more obvious because driving round again would have been a joke in that queue. The most unhelpful and ridiculous service ever just to get a drink. Avoid!

The food was supposed to be hot but it was cold. The hot coffee was actually tepid and barely drinkable. I have requested a full refund but was told I could only get credit for another order. Completely unacceptable.

Lacking coffee in my Latte. Usually coffee at Starbucks is a bit strong and somewhat bitter but today there was very little if any coffee in my hot milk. I started to drink my coffee if you can call it that and it had a very metallic initial taste and then i thought it was lacking coffee. My husband commented it was the worst coffee he had ever had and i then commented there was no coffee residue in the bottom of my cup as if they had forgotten to add the shot of coffee. We were not impressed. Clean up your act Starbucks!!! I overhead a staff member comment on a smell coming from the coffee machine which made me think this place is appalling.

Possibly the dirtiest coffee shop in the country. The disabled toilet was out of service, the one remaining loo featured a cracked toilet seat that pinches your bum and filthy broken fittings. The light fittings in the shop area were caked in a thick layer of dust, nicely positioned over food and eating areas. The floors were also grimy and added to the overall theme of squalor they seem to be going for. There is a Costa on site and I might suggest that as an alternative.

Popped in for a quick hot chocolate before driving home, what a nightmare. Man behind counter was totally clueless as to what was going on, extremely slow service (30 minute wait to get served on a busy Saturday you would assume they would supply more competent staff). Asked if toasted marshmallow hot chocolate was suitable for vegetarians (due to the gelatine in the marshmallows) only to have them going into a panic about how to make it vegan, it was a simple question that required a simple answer considering; does it contain marshmallows, no the only flavouring comes from the syrup. Picked up two reusable flasks in the queue to have our drinks in, handed them to the man behind the counter and told him we had to pay for them, he instead took off the lids, bearing in mind the instructions were still in each flask, and handed them to the barista. I repeated, we need to pay for those just to be ignored. At this point I’m thinking right if he doesn’t listen one more time I simply won’t pay for these flasks; how incompetent. Finally on the third attempt I said we need to pay for those and he sighed and said oh! The flasks already had syrup in both of them at this point and had to be scanned carefully to avoid spilling them which could’ve been avoided if they had listened the first or second time! Total came to 47.00, he was unsure as to whether this was the correct total and again went into a bit of a panic which is unprofessional. We paid and left. Overall, staff need retraining or better yet have more staff on during busy holiday periods and weekends. Nothing worse than having your day ruined by shabby customer service after a lovely day of retail therapy.

Fab coffee, nothing beats a pumpkin spice latte but the only let down is that it isn't the best if you have the pram and it's busy. The only table that was free had a lot of used mugs and rubbish on it which we had to clear ourselves and wipe down with a wet wipe. I understand the place is busy but if it's like this then they need to have someone constantly cleaning the premises and clearing mugs.

I didn't visit this place - must have stopped near it. They wouldn't help the boys when they was serving on operations so I don't go there
