Came for a lovely Sunday roast! Amazing food and massive portions - good veggie option too. Definitely recommend a visit.

Had lunch here, arrived shortly after a large group had walked in for lunch and the bartender warned us food might be delayed.Despite this, the food was out within 15 mins of ordering and was fantastic.Great service, good food, overall fantastic!

I have not been to the Bridge Inn for some time, and have always before enjoyed the food. Recently, I chose this venue for a small farewell party for friends leaving the UK for Hong Kong. They sought a 'British' menu. Although there was not a typical 'Roast beef or lamb' on offer mid week, the food was excellent, and the (rather un Brittish) duck starter was especially good. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the service. In fact, I would say the staff really did go out of their way to fit us in without any booking and gave us our own 'snug' room, with much character. I would like the waitresses to know that they left an everlasting positive memory for our guests. Well done!

Absolutely dreadful!!!!! Went as a party of 11, ordered starters, arrived minus 2 and one was missing half the items included. Told they had run out when asked where they were!!! Main courses arrived minus 1. Asked again said it was on its way. In the end cancelled as everyone had eaten. Spoke to the manger to complain, got a very insincere apology and told we were a large party. (Not sure what difference that makes to customer service. Also said they wouldn’t charge us for the food we haven’t received!!! ( again wouldn’t have expected any different.) completely ruined our last night of the holiday

Excellent quality food from a menu offering mainly Sunday roasts (lunch & before 6pm on Sunday) & burgers, with a few pub classics including fish 'n' chips. Nice moules (mussels) on the starter list for £9. We ate on the sheltered rear secluded patio. Good serviceWe will return.

Sorry to say very disappointed. We booked ahead for 9 people late Sunday afternoon for a birthday meal. Service very slow, glasses not cleared or checked if we wanted more drinks. We arrived 4 30 and received our meals just past 6pm after we had to ask for our food order to be taken and chase up why taking so long. 6 roast beefs, one pork a fish and chips and a burger so not complicated. We were at the point of walking out when food arrived. The jus/gravy ridiculously salty and the beef looked processed rather than calved from a joint. Fish batter was brown not golden. Only because we had waited so long were the dishes eaten and not sent back. Staff very apologetic...it was not busy so they must be inexperienced. Owners /managers need to help the staff. We would have stayed and spent more if things had been up to standard.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time - worth a visit ??

Ordered two burgers here they were virtually cold although well cooked. No one checked if everything satisfactory did let them know at the end but nothing offered. Also poor value no side salad and small portion of fries in a rusty tub for £18. Doubt we will return.

Shamazing burger the best I have ever had ? and the chips were delicious. There was quite a wait for the food but worth the wait after eating.

This is what I would call a perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover!” Me and my partner chose this place as we had been circling around for a while trying to find somewhere ideal (we love food) and without much inspiration we got too hungry and decided to just go to a pub. The bridge inn was near the Menai bridge and it had a specific dog friendly area so ideal with a 6 month old pup. We got in and was greeted by a very friendly staff member at the bar! Went to the empty conservatory where we settled and got drinks. Staff member brought us over a menu and truth be told we weren’t expecting much, just the standard pub classics, ya bangers and mash, steak pie, lasagne etc. To our surprise, we were presented with a varied menu of culinary delights. This ranged from Asian food, pub classics, burgers and hot dogs and much more. Even the starters and sides were exciting. Lemon mayo anyone!? Delish. My partner ordered a smashed burger with beef brisket (SO TASTY) pickled onions and some other toppings I can’t remember. I had a couple of starters instead of one main as I like to try different things! Had satay chicken wings and hoisin duck with pancakes which were both incredibly tasty. As a little side I had skinny fries topped with Parmesan and a herb I can’t remember but it was delicious! We couldn’t believe how tasty all this food was but what really astounded us was how quiet it was at this pub. There was enough people in the bar area drinking but we didn’t see any people eating! We were lucky enough to meet with the chef who was keen to get feedback on the burger my partner had as it was new on the menu. So we inquired about the pub, his menu, and why there was no bums on seats! This chef is an incredibly passionate cook, and while this pub does well on Sundays for their typical roast dinner diners, he couldn’t really understand why the numbers weren’t there in the week. As keen foodies, my partner and I assured him it had nothing to do with the quality of his food and the variety of his menu! This pub could really benefit from a website and some promotion and I think it could really be something. Not sure how much I can do by posting a review on trip advisor but we can only hope that it will at least attract some people and word of mouth will also do its job. This is a pub, in a quiet but beautiful area, but is frequented by holidaymakers so with a bit of promotion, posting some pics of the lovely food on the Facebook page, events etc this could be a buzzing venue for tourists and locals!

Haven't been for a long time, but it was so disappointing. Everywhere is painted black/dark blue it's also very, very tired , it really needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to scratch . The food ( Sunday lunch ) was tasty but only luke warm cold in parts , as we were the first ones in - no excuse really .

Staff where lovely!!We were out for a special birthday treat, so I treated myself to the most expensive steak on the menu. This was my £30 fillet steak which I asked for RARE ?It was very well done round the outside, with a slight hint of pink in the middle.I should have just gone for the fish and chips.
