I have not been to the Bridge Inn for some time, and have always before enjoyed the food. Recently, I chose this venue for a small farewell party for friends leaving the UK for Hong Kong. They sought a 'British' menu. Although there was not a typical 'Roast beef or lamb' on offer mid week, the food was excellent, and the (rather un Brittish) duck starter was especially good. Excellent quality food from a menu offering mainly Sunday roasts (lunch & before 6pm on Sunday) & burgers, with a few pub classics including fish 'n' chips. Nice moules (mussels) on the starter list for £9. We ate on the sheltered rear secluded patio. Good serviceWe will return.

Had lunch here, arrived shortly after a large group had walked in for lunch and the bartender warned us food might be delayed.Despite this, the food was out within 15 mins of ordering and was fantastic.Great service, good food, overall fantastic!
