Has really gone down recently. Outdoor area closed off 2.5 hours before closing time, why? Limited seating inside. Nice small area with sofas ruined by massive air conditioning next to it. Tables littered with dirty cups not collected.

Love Caffe Nero.Usually go to my local one in Swansea.Found this one up to the usual high standard.
The team at cafe Nero are always so happy and friendly even when it’s busy and there is a queue, recommend this coffee shop as the drinks are amazing and the workers are even
