I’ve loved visiting Hotel Chocolat cafes for years, and particularly this one. The staff have always been so friendly, but they do come and go. This time I was served by Ffion (sorry if spelling is wrong!), who was genuinely so kind and not to mention patient; I forgot to ask for dairy-free milk, and hadn’t realised she already started making the drink when I flagged it.
