Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Cardiff Bay

Placed an order. With expected delivery of 30 minutes, arrives just after 50 and the food is cold. Ring to complain and they agree to send out a new one, wait over an hour for the 2nd one just for it to also be cold. Great job.

The order arrived late after it said it had been delivered, the order was cold so I sent it back, but when the delivery driver arrived he also spilled the garlic and herb dib all over my porch and up the wall. When speaking to the manager on shift at the time, he promised me a refund and credit, Ringing the store today nearly 2 weeks later to ask where my refund was as it had not arrived , I spoke to Chloe, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful and said that she would not be issuing the refund as I was given credit and that I should stop trying my 'luck', but in fact the manager at time had offered both, and if he made me pick between one, I would of picked the refund - I am just shocked that they think this level of service is ok.

So I placed an order on the date above at around 18.15, and the driver started to ring me at around 19.52 struggling to find my address (even though I have my full address registered with you and had written additional notes to help!) The Postcode of my address brings you right outside my address no matter which sat nav app you use, so I have no idea why he was miles away from my property! Then after 4 calls to him that I couldn't hear and when I did the English was so broken it was incomprehensible, I rang to cancel as my pizza would have gone cold! and when your so-called manager enlightened me that you will only refund 70% I was disgusted! Then they wouldn't tell me their name, and hung up on me three times before saying his name was Katie!?? He/She then hung up on me again! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN! I want 100% of my refund ASAP please and you can delete my account!!!

Awful experience my friend tried to phone to place an order and the staff had just ended it as my friend is not the best at English and accidentally said burger instead of a pizza and the staff on the phone was repeatedly saying no no no my friend then got frustrated with him as it is not good service ! Awful experience phoning them though!

Took over a hour for my collection order to be done, ended up being cold. Poor customer service aswell.

After years of fantastic experiences with this batch of Domino’s, I am disgusted. Pretended he couldn’t hear me for most of the call. Asked me to repeat everything despite clearly speaking perfect English. Accused me of “inventing” a spicy veg pizza which I’ve been ordering from this branch for 12 years, and finally hung up and didn’t answer the call when I phoned back. Disgusting customer service I will never use them again after being a loyal customer since 2011.

Ordered Veg Volcano online took nearly 1hr to come once pizza arrived it had chicken pieces on it. Which is not acceptable when your vegetarian. I called them to complain all they could do was send out another pizza saying it will take another 20 mins. No offer of a refund or anything extra. Poor service and no care for customers. Spoke to someone called Naj who refused to refund as i didnt want a replacement due to poor quality checks. He later agreed to just refund me and said will take up to 5days. Will be complaining directly to dominos for this poor customer service.

Awful experience last night unfortunately, we ordered a delivery pizza. It didn't arrive despite the website saying it had been delivered so I can only assume the delivery driver had given it to a random address without checking the recipient.

We decided to pop into the store as the staff didn't pick up the phone at all when we tried calling 5 times.

After waiting at the desk for 15 minutes with none of the staff even making eye contact somebody finally managed to acknowledge us. They kindly started making another pizza (that took forever), but during our wait we saw many worrying things.

There were pizza trays scattered on the floor. There were potato wedges over the floor. The customers were queueing out of the door and not being served. The phone was ringing with nobody picking up. One of the biggest issues I heard was "you can't put that there" with plant based pizza being prepared with meat based pizzas.

I understand that it must have been a busy night, but the customer service, organisation and cleanliness were all extremely sub-par.

If you're looking for a post 11pm snack, then the food is decent/okay. But the staff are so rude. The customer service is absolutely terrible, the person on the phone to me was so rude, I couldn't believe it. This store is convient at best. But something needs to be done about the people who work there

I have order 5 pizza 2 pepperoni 2 chicken and 1 margaritas without onion all take away so when i get home i find all is extra onions and the chicken is not chicken it’s texas bbq i went back and i told her it is wrong order i she told me we haven’t chicken this the chicken what we have and u say extra onion so we can’t help u sorry i take a photo of her and the pizza front of her so i recommend to not try this shop and i will not go to domino’s again cos i report what happen but no responding ?
