Met up with family for a meal at this lovely little place. Staff were very accommodating. There are tables with chairs down both sides of the restaurant and down the centre are tables with bench seating. As all tables only seat 4 and there were 6 of us, we were placed on benches. Our favourite restaurant in Cardiff. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We’ve been to Yakitori1 so many times over the years and whenever we have family and friends over we tend to take them here. Absolutely obsessed with their Ramen and to be honest pretty much everything they serve.
Nice place to stop for lunch. Ordered a sushi roll from the £10.95 lunch special which was a decent portion and tasted great. The yuzu mitzu drink (not included in the lunch deal) was sweet and refreshing, and the wasabi was a good amount of spicy but not too overpowering.
