With out doubt the best Greggs in Cardiff and I eat at them all. This Greggs is set on an industrial state and provides a service to work places such as Royal Mail,Selco along with all the normal screwfix Toolstation and many more. I feel because it services industry as apposed to civilians, everything has to be top notch. I will use the Bacon and sausage Baguette as an example.Fresh soft Baguette,sauce first then Sausage and last bacon all cooked perfectly!There is nothing worse than having sauce poured last and on top of the baguette like a hotdog,thrown into a bag and handed to the customer. The result is sauce all over the Baguette,all over the bag,all over your hands all over your streeing wheel your latte and yum yums.Who would have thought fast food giant Greggs would have such a thing as etiquette and a benchmark, well they do at Greggs Ty-glas Llanishen and it is set very high.Thank you very much.Simon.

Just want to mention that sammie and Michelle gave great service today when I came in for breakfast rolls very fast very officiant and they were working hard. My order was made within less than 5 minutes. And they deserved a 5 star review for outstanding effort. I would definitely recommend this greggs

Terrible service. Only 1 person serving at 1 o'clock and very slow(kept disappearing).I asked the man that was not serving was there anyone else to serve as i had been waiting ages (at least 10 mins) and he said no it will mess the rota up. Therefore i left.
