Shop itself has a good selection, polite staff, quick service and plenty of parking outside. The area however isn’t very nice, but no discredit to the store and the hardworking staff.

Awful! This is the 3rd time I have had confirmation of an order I need to collect and 3 times this branch has shut early and I’ve not had my order despite pick up time being between 17:30 and 18:00! I have showed up on time and staff just fook off home with no call to day my orders been cancelled worst Greggs Branch around!

Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didn’t want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to top it off I was nicely surprised with 2 free donuts with a “sorry :) free cakes xx” message. They really didn’t need to but that was really generous and honestly made my day. To top it off the food is always hot when delivered and nothing is ever missing even down to sauces. Thank you to whoever I spoke to your a real gem xx

They gave me the wrong order after I told them when he tried to give me something that I didn't even order and then he was saying that it was the right one. I came home cut it open and it wasn't what I ordered in the first place
Staff are happy and friendly, always get greeted with a smile. The food and coffee are lovely as always that why I come back daily ?

Low food hygiene standards. A shop assistant took someone's cash and then put my baguettes in the oven with her bare hands. When I pointed it out she rolled her eyes. There was no apology. I refused to take the baguettes.
