Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didnât want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to top it off I was nicely surprised with 2 free donuts with a âsorry :) free cakes xxâ message. They really didnât need to but that was really generous and honestly made my day....read full review
Apart from having to stand in the rain, while queuing (not Gregg's fault to be fair), lunch baguettes sausage rolls, steak bakes and especially custard slices, definitely recommended!

Shop itself has a good selection, polite staff, quick service and plenty of parking outside. The area however isnât very nice, but no discredit to the store and the hardworking staff.
