Was really looking forward to this branch opening back up after closing for a while however the service is shocking. The older lady ANN who works there is intolerable! so bloody rude every single time. Me along with many others I know will walk double the distance to go to a different greggs branch simply because of how unpleasant the staff are at Albany. Shame ?

Leaving this review based on todays experience, My cheese and onion pasty was spot on, really busy place to try and park up, staff were very helpful and friendly,Just want to say to the 2 members of staff there today thank you for your kindness and support after my daughter fell off her chair, she was fine straight after as you can imagine... But overall thumbs up to Greggs,Thanks ....
