I ordered a French Gateaux Friasier for my daughter's birthday, which came above expectations. The texture was fluffy; the cream was soft. And the taste was wonderful. By far, the taste of the gateaus was equal to what I had tried and got hooked on in France, and I always wanted to find somewhere (someone) to do it for me in Cardiff. I ordered a dairy free birthday cake from Sweet Sugar with an Arsenal theme and it was beautiful ! It also tasted amazing and the sponge was so light ! Will definitely return again.
