The venue was unclean. Floors were full of clutter and tables not wiped clean. Some members with us had gravy and it was so thick we could turn the full container over and it didn’t come out. We all gave our orders and then a few minutes later were told some of the items were unavailable. We should have been been told this when we were ordering them. The machines to order from were not working, apart from one. We spent over a hundred pounds between us and could have eaten elsewhere and had a much better experience. We won’t visit this KFC again.

Crap rammed the food in the paper bags so they broke. And didn't put the bbq chicken bucket in there. Useless didn't notice until I got home really like it when that happens NOT!!

Waited over an hour for food. Young lad working there literally ignored me for 10 minutes while I waited at the till to ask where my food was. No apology, just a smirk. Not only that, he was rude to a group of young boys who ordered a large coke and had been given a medium. When they complained the guy said the medium was the same price as the large one. It clearly isn't it's literally on the menu in front of us. Food was freezing in the end but couldn't be bothered to return it. Avoid at all costs.

Had amazing experience in kfc Nantgarw yesterday the store manger was amazing The chicken was lovely and hot, service was fast and friendly, Store was very very clean! It’s so nice to see a store looking clean from out as-well as inside The staff there are credit to KFC

Just been there ordered 3 piece meal 2 legs one thigh. I was given totally different parts of the chicken. They oozed old hard and just yukky! I took them back, and few minutes later I was given 2 legs and one thigh, very very hot( cos they were microwaved and kept in the heat for a very long time) very touch chewy ...and just awful I now feel sick. I ordered ice tea drink... it was water with ice cubes and a hint of ice tea total disaster. I believe the manager of this KFC should be shown the door.This kfc has always been terrible never ever had a good meal there. Time to change idiots. No wonder your rating is so low.Pleaaaaaaaaaase change the oil, and serve the batter mix before you coat the chicken pieces.

Sent someone down to get food for the office they messed up everyone’s order nothing was right!! Sent someone back down to get this rectified and the lady who was working there who was the manager laughed and accused us of trying to get free food this is an absolute joke of customer service and disgusting attitude from a manager this is not the first time this establishment has messed up orders for us either!Parking: Space

Terrible really isn’t a bad enough word for this branch of KFC. They literally had No hot drinks! No Krushems, No pineapple sticks No chips in the children’s box meal, Sauces paid for but not in the box and children’s ice cream sundae with no sauce! Staff didn’t give 2 hoots that we were unhappy. Tables and floors were dirty and no one cleaning. This place needs some serious intervention. We have given them 3 chances and every visit should be embarrassment to the KFC brand.

Went to drive through not aware that you have to use app now. Staff looked at me through the window and ignored me. Went inside told I can't use counter to order wanted my blue light discount but couldn't use with the self serve machines. Food good though lovely and hot ?shame if I was older then I may not have been able to use the app or the self serve machine. Shame they are taking away customer contact ?

Went today with my son. About 15.30 the food was brilliant as always but the staff??? A big question mark. 5 of them and so much mess on the tables and the floor. Nobody taking care of this. Really shame. Hope the manager have a chat with all of them.

Choosing what you wanted to eat was a waste of time. It would be better described as a lucky dip. If it was possible to get it wrong they managed it with great expertise. The hygiene was well below standard in the public areas, toilets were particularly unacceptable. I ordered the Zinger meal go large. When I opened the box the was missing also a dipping sauce. The queue for wrong orders was as long as the queue for new orders. Not everything was bad my baked beans were hot! Customers around had waited up to an hour for the wrong meal. Our experience there was like a "SODs Opera"

Visited this KFC on Saturday 4/2/2023 at around 7pm with my wife and 13 year old granddaughter. We decided to eat in, 1st big mistake, ordered at the machine when payed there were no receipts. Picked up the food from counter with no thank you and a very unhappy server. What I think was the manager was laughing and joking with his staff while playing on his phone, food was in little bags which were torn and ripped. The place was a disgrace empty food containers and drinks cups left on table and floor amongst the rest of the food strewn everywhere. Thats a wonder that somebody doesn't catch some sort of disease, will never in a million years go back there again. The only good thing was the Ice cream hence the one star.Parking: Being disabled the parking is close to front entrance for easy access.

So the staff have always been nice. Never had an issue with them personally but whenever I've gone to get food either something is missing on the order or I've had to wait ages to get it. Mostly I order via drive through but its the same experience no matter what I do.

Staff feel that it is acceptable to swear (profusely) in front of children in the restaurant, and throw food at each other like animals. When this was raised the server took umbridge and was extremely rude.

The food was fine on this occasion, no problems, tasted fresh and the young girl serving was polite and smiling. The issues, a small gripe, none of the ordering machines were printing tickets, also we did not eat in and chose the car as the state of the tables and floor was disgraceful. Maybe a new manager needed or something, or a refresh on cleanliness but it's not all bad, the food was good, the service too.
