Pains me to say this, but not the best experience.We'd bought gift vouchers, and upon turning up, one of the guys asked for out vouchers to scan, which was weird, I mean, who pays for their meal before even sitting down? He seems rude and very laddish too, not very well spoken.We were served by a waitress who was very pleasant, ordering out food, a lot of things seemed to be out of stock! 2 bottles of wines that we wanted was out of stock too..I don't think she was trained properly,...read full review
Food nice and service good but big downfall was, after booking we received phone call saying it was going to be really busy fitting us in and talked us into paying extra and having a private room. After arriving and having our meal the restaurant was far from busy was practically empty, so I felt like I got conned into it, the only benefit of the private room is if you smoke you don't have to go down 6 floors. First experience in a celebrity chefs place.It was enjoyable, not too expensive and the service was excellent.On the back of this experience, we will be trying other restaurants closer to home, so, well done.
