I just want to give a huge shout to one of the baristas called 'Jas'. She went above and beyond her role and made our experience at Starbucks wonderful. We took along out Autistic learner for their first ever Starbucks ! upon arrival Jas turned off the music in the coffee shop so that it was more comfortable for us. The learner sampled their first christmas coffee, which came with cream. He wasn't sure if he would like it, so Jas put it in a seperate cup for him and gave him a spoon to taste. Our learner didn't like the coffee, Jas noticed this and came over with a complimentary hot chocolate, complete with a smiley face! this made our day and we spent the rest of our visit there smiling. Jas was attentive to our needs and we wanted to thank her personally but the shop was busy so couldn't see her. A huge thank you to you for your wonderful service. We most certainly shall be recommending this store to people.

I was there in the morning and I waited for more than twenty minutes for a coffee and there was a person lying there and it smelled very bad.

Staff were away with the fairies and kept sending everyone incorrect drinks. Eventually got our drinks after a 25 minute wait, each drink arriving 5 minutes after the last. Lucky pumpkin spice is so delicious! They also don’t know how to measure, spilling milk all over the kitchen.

As an ex employee, milk and frappacuino jugs not being cleaned properly between uses. Drinks coming out much too slowly and were not great quality. No customer service skills - seemed like it was an inconvenience we were there. Woman next to me got her food 8 minutes before her first drink came out. Clearly understaffed which brought the whole thing down. There's two other Starbucks' near which are objectively better. Sorry guys.

A visit to Starbucks, Bridge link.Great clean, comfortable seating and tables. Fantastic counter for customers flow. The staff gave great services and were polite when they took my orders. Super dog friendly and gave us a cup of whipped cream for the dog. Thank you Management and staff.
