Really bad attitude. Took 3 staff to decide if we could sit on one of the many empty tables. Waited 25 minutes for hot drinks order and it was luke warm. Definitely won't be returning .

Went in for a cup of coffee which came 30' later. Impossible to drink as the taste was horrible. Service slow, tables not cleaned after being used. Not very happy customers here!

Came here for brunch with a friend and checked the contents of a drink at the till, specifically asking for coconut milk. A server brought my drink over stating ‘heres the coconut one’ and I got a few gulps in thinking it tasted off but assuming it was the type of matcha, before realising in horror that it was cows milk. Having been vegan for over 10 years, this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I was physically sick for a few hours after and genuinely upset; had this been an allergy, it could have been a serious incident. The manger in was really apologetic and refunded my order but would never trust it here again unfortunately.

Lovely place to come for some tea and quiet space. All of the staff are super friendly, the space is super cozy and comfortable, and the tea selection is great. Staff were great at helping me choose a tea, as I dont know my way around it really. One of my orders got lost, but staff were so apologetic and sorted it straight away once I had enquired. And its such a lovely place I didn't mind waiting a bit longer at all.I didn't eat food, but the food looks magnificent, so I will be back to try some!

Very helpful staff. Not many vegan cakes though. Very nice drinks. Great prices. Great atmosphere.

Good food and wonderful space to have lunch. Ordered cinnamon fruit toast, fried egg brioche and salmon brioche. For drinks we ordered brown sugar matcha bubble tea, sparling peach mango boubble tea and iced chai. Eventhough the place and food was good, the service was very slow. We waited 30 min after getting our food before we got our drinks. Also would not recommend getting the sparkling peach mango bubble tea, it had little to no taste and was not worth it.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegitarian

This used to be an excellent cafe. However since COVID it has changed and reduced opening hours far too much. Today I arrived at 3 pm, half an hour before official closing time 330 pm to find they were closed! The lady on the counter told me they closed early depending on how busy they were. In fact the cafe was at least half full. Ridiculous and they will lose a lot of business this way. 5 minutes away is a Costa open 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. This cafe should be open at least 9 am to 5 pm and not close suddenly.

Lovely café with well decorated interior.I tried their oat latte and I can see why they were voted best coffee shop in the UK! As someone who’s not the biggest fan of coffee, I finished my entire drink!I would definitely recommend this café.

Had a lovely latte here. Very nice coffee and good selection of sweets as well. Relaxed atmosphere and definitely worth popping in just to chill out for a bit.

Had a great brunch here. Amazing selection of teas though the peony tea did not have much floral taste so I wouldn’t recommend that. Can definitely recommend the brunch brioche though! Had the fried egg and smoked cheese brioche with sausages added on and that combination was phenomenal

Yummy!!! Such a gem. The food is great, they have cakes and bakes and on top of that the staff is friendly. They have a very large range of teas and beverages (iced and hot drinks). I would definitely recommend it!

Didn’t even get to sample what they might have on offer. Made a booking for two people which was accepted, rang back to add another, said they couldn’t do it at all. Who takes bookings then hours later says they can’t - what’s the point of a booking system. Massive let down for a special occasion. Stuff your tea and cakes

Very good coffees, very good food portions (loads of avocado on avo toast), it is a bit cold though (not food, just heating wise). Very good jam. Quite a lot of vegan options (thank you!!!) There’s no table service, order at the counter. It is nice casual coffee place. The design gives me vibes like I’m in ikea store. Quite homely atmosphere. Please note toilets are upstairs (not accessible as there’s no lift)

My son and I decided to have breakfast here on Saturday morning while visiting Cardiff. We liked the location in the arcade, and the place was very quiet when we arrived. I enjoyed the eggs Benedict and my son the Welsh rarebit. We both had a flat white and agreed how good it was. Service was friendly and efficient. The cakes looked delicious. Highly recommended!
