Extremely friendly staff, felt very much like an independent local coffee shop. Ample comfortable seating, and my dogs were welcomed in and offered a complimentary puppiccino! Food is what you expect from coffee number 1 but the service made this visit go from average to fantastic!

Lovely independent (?) Cafe in the middle of Cardigan (and open on Sunday).Lots of seating, great atmosphere and very good service.Americanos × carrot cakes and my wife had a smoothie when I had a 2nd coffee.All excellent tasting.Definitely recommend ? ?

One member of staff had a very bad attitude when we tried to move a single chair, and I was ignored for a long time at the counter before ordering. I was then charged more than expected due to a misunderstanding between which coffee was 'regular' size, when asked why I was met with a heated response of how I was incorrect. Overall poor experience

Have been a couple of times recently. Once we were told if we didn't have a table they wouldn't serve us and another staff shortages was causing problems but been back again and no issues

Our experience was greatly worsened by a rude employee, who appeared to be the manager. They were not in uniform, so perhaps not even on shift, enjoying their own coffee sat at a table whilst yelling at customers, making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome before heading behind the counter to converse with other employees. As a group of 5, with tables only set up for at most 4 people, we asked to move a chair from a different table and were met by a glare from said employee whilst others were happy to accommodate. It was such a shame that this employee was so rude and ruined our experience as otherwise it is a nice cafe, great for a coffee (although watch out for being charged for more expensive coffee when ordering!).

On a positive point. Drinks were fine. Negative points, all customers crammed into front of the establishment, with few free tables. Free tables were mostly covered in dirty cups and plates. Tables were placed on all seating at the back of premises, seemingly forcing customers to a much restricted area at front. On politely asking if we could use the large free area, we were bluntly told NO! Not only told no, but in a manner that clearly came across as don’t dare ask any more questions. All I would have expected under the circumstances would be a little dialogue to say “no sorry, that area is closed because…. “. Engaging with the customer rather than barking would have set an entirely different tone and experience. End result, would I recommend going there…. Definitely not. Suggest some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss along with signage to let customers know there is an issue where applicable. Shame.
