We had a great evening, we enjoyed a cosy booth, kept toasty warm with a ceiling heater. Delicious food. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Our 5th visit to Pizzatipi and as good as ever. The food is delicious and arrives promptly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's particularly good during the cold winter months, where you can feast on pizza while hunkering down by a crackling log fire. Perfection.

Lovely, cozy place with very tasty food. Had a special "Autumn Pizza" and my husband had the "Pepperoni" and they were both delicious; mine was a great show of flavours - beetroot, pumpkin, goats cheese, pine nuts and watercress- very tasty. It was fairly busy with different parties and families, couples and people of all age and the open fire gave it a magical atmosphere. The staff were very kind and polite. Will surely return on our next visit to Cardigan.

Great location and the teepee in a courtyard makes for a great atmosphere. They advised a wait time of 40 mins for us, which was pretty much correct. I took a star off the service because while you order the pizza through the QR code, you have to go and queue at the bar separately for your drinks, which was quite slow at peak dinner time, and a little bit annoying. The stand out food item was the fried potato cakes. Absolutely terrific; I would go back just to have those again. The Greek salad was nice, but quite heavy on the salad leaves. The pizzas tasted really good but had quite a wide, hard crust. Perhaps this is authentic, but we ended up with most of these crusts uneaten, which feels like a bit of a waste.

Fairly expensive for what you get.... Maybe it's the price you pay for these type of places. Nice pizza... Made fresh and tastes really good. Cracking views of the river, and relaxed type atmosphere. My only negative is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. But it's definitely worth a visit....

We visited Pizza Tipi one wet and windy afternoon. I was a bit worried following some not very favourable reviews online but we had the best time. The staff were super friendly particularly the bar man who gave us advice on drinks (go for the CWRW Fforest it was delicious). We chose to eat fire side in the tipi and it was such a gorgeous cosy space. The pizzas arrived within 15 mins and they were delicious. We also had the potato cakes with the aioli and sriracha mayo and they were pretty special. Overall it was the perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon. We will be back!

Such a beautiful spacious light and airy venue. Authentic pizza ovens and amazing food and bites. Apart from the pizza I would recommend the potato cakes and the pea and spinach fritters. Thank you Pizzatipi for a lovely evening ?

Great food, great service. Second visit here whilst on holiday. If you can get a table round the fire a much better atmosphere. Kids love the Pizza ?, great memories.

We booked a table for late lunch at 3pm and the booking states you have a 1 hour 15 slot. We ordered two pizzas and after almost 40 mins waiting we then asked where the food was. We were told it was just being cooked. Ten minutes later it still had not arrived so we asked again. It finally arrived 55 minutes after we ordered it, leaving us 15 minutes to enjoy it before our time slot was up and so was our parking ticket. We ate half and got the rest to go! On complaining we were given a refund on one of the pizzas. Shame as the pizzas were good and the setting quite pleasant. Very bad service all round though.

We’ve visited Pizzatipi on numerous occasions in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, our latest visit was one to forget and it appears that we’re not alone. Recent reviews highlight the long wait for food, poor to no communication regarding the delay, doughy pizzas that appear to have been rushed and a decline in the overall customer experience. We waited 55 minutes for two pizzas, despite the chalk board at the reception desk quoting a waiting time of 20 minutes. The staff themselves are all polite, however, leadership and direction seems to be lacking from senior staff/management. As customers, we understand that issues arise and delays are a fact of life. However, it’s the lack of communication regarding this that is particularly frustrating. A quick visit to the table to explain that there was going to be a delay would have gone a long way. It is sad to see what was a fantastic restaurant seemingly becoming complacent in their success, ultimately, at the expense of the customer and overall experience.

We have been here many times before over 4 or 5 years and always enjoyed the experience but this time was really disappointing so much so we will not be returning. We arrived and we were sat in a riverside booth and went to place our order which just kept crashing so we went to reception and they placed the order so no problem our starters came out 15 mins later so good timing and were delicious this then is where the eve went downhill we waited and waited for our pizzas after an hour we asked the person in charge how much longer and she said oh sorry I was just coming to you your order got lost which seemed odd since we had had our starters can I take the order again she asked so I asked how long it would take as we were slightly over it and she said 5/10 mins tops after 20 mins we went to reception and said we had had enough and could she refund our pizza money and she said no as the system was down but they were still taking orders and payments so didn’t seem very truthful and she got very chippy with us the pizzas arrived a few minutes later under cooked as they had obviously been rushed. I totally get that problems happen and that’s ok if you deal with it well and sadly the customer service was truly lacking and we were treated so poorly we would not go back which is a shame as we will soon be full time residents of Cardigan

We have been to pizza tipi three times over 3 years so have seen this place improve massively. The atmosphere has always been brilliant and there were much more seating arrangements than expected. They have a wait time when you enter the restaurant in order to inform you how long the food will take. Food came quick which was impressive as we were a table of seven. We would highly recommend the potato cakes as a starter as they tasted amazing (very similar to hash browns). The garlic focaccia had unfortunately sold out so we were unable to taste that dish however I have heard that it is highly rated. The only thing which was different this time was the pizzas (compared to a year ago). In my opinion, the pizzas had too much cheese but by no means did it ruin the experience. We would love to see other sides on the menu in the future e.g chips / fries and maybe some more pizza toppings (e.g peppers).

Enjoyed the company of friends here Friday night and had great service, reasonable prices and the pizzas were delicious. What stole the show was definitely the hash brown fingers or potato rosti. Moreish, crunchy and we'll baked. I'd go back for that alone.
