Best Sunday lunch I can remember, great service and atmosphere from the staff, especially our table service from Taio and lovely views.

Good beers. Disappointing cider. Nice place for a pint though. Didn't stay in hotel or get food.

Sunday carvery is lovely. Staff are very attentive and great with the dogs. (Bringing them turkey pieces ?). Views are amazing and the garden is great in the summertime. Will definitely be back very

The meal was excellent, plenty of it and great chips, but don't go there for 'pub grub' or pub prices. Service was very good, really attentive. The decor was beautiful a vast improvement on when I went there years ago. I would mention that the lighting in the carpark needs attention especially in these dark

Food is very overpriced and substandard - the crab starter was disgusting and was taken off of our bill - £17.95 for average fish and chips - Great views and nice inside, service was good albeit a bit overfamiliar but the restaurant is poor value and the food is not good enough at all. The owners should look at this urgently, four of us ate and four of us felt ripped off. Shame really.

Had an evening meal here. The hotel has been recently been refurbished and is still on going. The food was excellent as was the level of decoration. Close to an excellent sandy beach. The service was exemplary.

Staff were lovely and went out their way, room were extremely plush minus a boiler issue or two but nothing serious. Menu had no variety for the location, only one fish dish as well. Menu did not match the quality of the rooms. Not millions of eating places locally, especially on a wet night, so eating in the hotel more would have been good. Also food too expensive for what it was. Would have said 4 stars but biggest problem was cleaners left bedroom door open with a balcony room, so three others rooms could have accessed the room all day. Would go again but for a drink, as the staff seemed friendly and the view :)Noteworthy details: Need to improve restaurant menu in most aspects and price.

*Restaurant only* Extremely poor quality of food for the price. Service was awful and slow. However there it is in a great location with a nice view with a little area for kids to play outside.

Didn’t stay in the room. Only dined; had a great experience, stunning views, and restaurant wasn’t busy but getting more filled up when we left- but catered for all my sons allergies really well. Food was good, no complaints. Service was really good, staff member (don’t know his name but assume the manager - Scouse lad) was friendly, polite, honest and welcoming. Have a little play area for kids as well, so my little ones were happy.

Booked for a birthday but was a bit worried as the reviews had gone downhill and the place was left with a poor food hygiene rating. The new team are trying hard to regain customers trust and Simone was especially attentive to our table. Keep up the good work!

Great welcome, excellent setting.Saddly when i came to order a meal the management asked to come back later as the kitchen was overwhelmed. Menu was not inspired as the setting is.Finished my drink and left.

Party of ten, pre booked however the was also a wedding taking place and we felt rushed so they could accommodate the wedding.NO Lamb on the menu ! Apparently a new cheif with a basic menu of cicken curry, beaf pie or steak, the steak was poor for over £29 as was the fish n chips, other meals served with a silly tiny basket of fries and I mean tiny followed by sweats at £6.95 food came out randomlyBEWARE The road outside is dangerous traffic is far too fast, take extra caution when crossing to the outside sitting area especially if you have little onesYes , there is a lovely view which assumedly is included in the price!

Views were amazing but the service was abrasive and not pleasant. Was happy to take that in the chin but then it took 45 minutes for two bowls of lukewarm chips to arrive !Won’t be spending my money there again sorry ?

Very disappointiing. Great view. Lovely playground for kids Fine for a drink but overall as a restaurant the place is failing. Its a case of more ambition than ability to deliver. Plenty of places to park and tables but insufficient staff and bad planning. What a shsme! I think you need to up your act significsntky to attract more custom.
