Nice little restaurant, very good menu and specials available. This is also licenced. Very busy while we were there, happy to recommend.

Stopped here for Breakfast early one Saturday morning. English breakfast and pancakes with fresh fruit, local honey and Greek yoghurt. Pot of tea for two. Less than £20! Lovely sunny patio, good service and quality food. The menu was varied! Would return and recommend. Only negative is the outdoor furniture was a little unstable.

Good stop for a drink in this small town. Service good but staff a bit off-hand. Lunch menu is limited by staff shortages.

We arrived at Laugharne nice little place off the beaten track after a 112 mile trek from Monmouth and In need of some refreshments. We saw Arthur's which wasn't too busy. Service was quick so ordered two coffees to slake our thirst's and was told our meal could take up to 35 minutes which we agreed too, upon the young waitresses return we ordered two all day breakfasts which from the menu which included drinks, these we weren't offered.Food arrived earlier than was told and eaten but we were still waiting for and not offered our included drinks,I had to go to the counter and ask the waitress for the included drinks and was told they are optional, and upon saying to her that the menu says otherwise, again she said they are optional (confused) I ordered tea and coffee.15 minutes went by and a young waiter arrives with the coffee for my wife but no tea, he said will that be all, I said apart from the tea which I'm still waiting for, he said that the drinks come with the all day breakfast, at which point I reminded him that when we came, in they did not know what we were going to order so can't assume that our drinks that were initially ordered were the ones that were included. I said we have been waiting for our included drinks far too long, he goes back to the counter and speaks with the waitress about the tea, (he still wants tea) he said to her, they both start laughing, another 10 minutes go by and my tea arrives,.Upon leaving I wasn't presented with the breakdown of our items purchased and wasn't shown, so had to ask the waitress, which she did get right in the end two all day breakfasts, drinks included and a tea/ coffee on top.Food was good but service was s***.I've seen the other good reviews and even had some good conversation with two of you other patrons on the day, but that's as maybe, your staff should treat all of your customers equally with the same respect and understanding. The low point for our 5 day trip to Wales, which in all other aspects was fantastically beautiful as always and a friendly reception by all that we met. Won't be visiting Arthur's again.

We had a lovely lunch and coffee at this fab restaurant. The food was so delicious and the coffee hot. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

So it would be unfair to say this was average but we would not rate as very good for a couple of reasons. Firstly there was just one waitress who did her absolute best to try and look after a very full restaurant but struggled and we felt sorry for her. My wife had a special of fishcakes which she said were excellent and a good portion. I had the scampi, which was ok but maybe a little greasy but that was maybe because it had not had time to rest as they were trying to get food out. Also the chips were very undercooked. My wife enjoyed her Pinot Grigio and we were going to have coffee and cake but waited 20 minutes and could not get the attention of the poor waitress so we decided to pay and go. I think we just picked a bad day so would go back as some of the other food coming out looked great.

We made a dedicated visit to Arthur’s after searching for somewhere within the area to get seafood. The service was very friendly and the food was fantastic. We’ll worth the visit! They were also very accommodating to create something off the menu for our two kids as well. ??

Lovely food and dog friendly. We popped in after a wander for my partners birthday. The staff were very professional and the server stifled her giggles very well as I entered in my Witchy hat (which I always wear). We shall return to taste more of the menu when next in the area.1 star less purely for the hard seat which was not disabled friendly and I found it difficult to place my sticks somewhere out of the way so they weren't a trip hazard.

Found this superb village restaurant in laugharne after looking for local suggestions. Popped in for a sandwich for lunch but ended up making it our main meal for the day. Bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich with side potato salad and coleslaw, washed down with a cappuccino and strawberry milkshake with sauce, cream and fresh strawberries on top. Amazing food great price, attentive kind staff. Absolutely worth a visit. Amazing view...... thank you 10/10

Our waitress was very young but very courteous & efficient. Others didn't seem busy yet didn't offer to clear our table, or ask if we wanted coffee/dessert. Seemed the main priority was putting the closed sign up. Appreciate difficult times re staff but we were disappointed with service. Food was fine.

This place as not open in the evenings (I was told by the waitress) - so ignore opening times on the Facebook page! Might be good for lunch - but we wanted somewhere to eat in the evening

Had a quick lunch here-but disappointing, lots of dishes unavailable? Would’ve loved to have had a meal here during our weeks stay but it was closed for 5 days. Lovely location and very clean inside.
