Waited in line whilst staff chatted to friends, not serving, then served the person in front walking off on several occasions if my partner was not already sitting down, would probably have walked out, waited over 5 mins to be served with only one person in front of me and 4 staff behind

Been here a few times, today they had issues with the coffee machine, which unfortunately resulted in a 15 min delay for any hot drinks. Friendly staff, but the coffee was far too weak for us. Putting it down to a bad day.

Need to clean their tables, severely. Great service, but the WAIT to get served. I'm not kidding, they should start taking orders at the tables, pensioners sometimes go here, and I see them queuing for ages. It's just not right. I even hear people in their 30s moaning. They really need to put some time aside sorting themselves out. I know their busy, but not everyone wants to go using apps, and things to get served. I don't like places like this that sell out. Great quality, but needs a lot of revaluation. Speed of service is needed to match their customer load.

I have never been in here, & never will again! We popped in for a coffee & chose a window seat before we ordered. I was just piling up the dirty cups & plates that were there - every table had dirty items on it, perhaps they had just had a busy 10am rush & hadn't time to clear anything up, not such an issue. I then went to sit down while my husband & child went up to order. The 3 seats were absolutely disgusting! The arms of the fabric chairs were crusty & hard with caked on dirt. Around the edges of the cushions were full of crumbs. This isn't just a day of dirt, this is from not cleaning at all. A quick look around showed the whole place was disgusting. Thankfully my husband hadn't ordered as there was no way we were staying in such a disgusting place to have food or drinks. If this is how they allow the public areas to be I dread to think about the hygiene practices behind the scenes! Thankfully we found a lovely little independent coffee shop up the road!
It was extremely noisy in the shop, so when I asked for "Capaccino with a syrup shot" I think the barrista misheard me. What I received (made the world slow down) , a Capaccino with an extra shot. I don't think I'll ever sleep again. Hell yes! Seriously.. the strongest coffee ever! I'm totally wired.Time to take on the world! TAKE ME ON WORLD I'M READY!!!

I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff. For instance, I have been seriously ill this year and the Manager Ben took time out of his break on Saturday to talk to me about my progress. It is so heartening to know the Staff care about their regulars although I find they treat all their customers well.
