“The staff at Pensarn Carmarthen were fantastic. Very professional. When we arrived unfortunately for the staff, there was a very rude woman and the staff were outstanding. Very polite , helpful and incredibly respectful and professional. Was a pleasure to meet such friendly staff who also made everyone welcome .

The barista, by the name of Lucille was quick to arrive, ask if I and my wife were okay, told us there was no need for apologies, cleaned up, showed up to another table and remade our drinks and brought them to our new table.
