“Called at the drive thru this afternoon, on one of the hottest days, for a frosty coffee frappe as I was hot, cranky and running on empty. The drive thru attendant was brilliant, funny and provided a fantastic customer experience. Well done!! The frappe was also the best I've ever had. We'll be back!”
