Great customer survice, and very kind to people inquiring about allergys. They were very patient, thorough and kept reasuring us of the measures they were going to to help us feel safe. A very enjoyable experience also. All round 5 stars.

Costa coffee is a great place to go for tea and cake, with family and friends. There are options to please anyone, from toasties, to brownies, and hot drinks, to cold.
Met our friends and sat upstairs. Clean fresh toilets and pleasant surroundings.

This is an amazing coffee place perfect for catching up with friends or celebrating an event. All staff are really kind and nearly always share a joke. The toilets are clean, the upstairs window has a great view and the drinks are incredible. This is overall one of the best places in the whole of Carmarthen. Phoenix xx

Thriving and with recently expanded seating upstairs I especially appreciated the charging sockets both plug and usb. The coffee and got chocolates are good in winter and the frostinos are good in summer. However occasionally there will be a coffee or hot chocolate with more foam than it should have so you get a short measure on it.
