Wish I took a picture.. Asked for small chips and got 10!!!! Sausages and pies left sitting like forever, they are so dry. Two staff on that couldn't go any slower. It's ashame as the other shop at Crosshands is fab, think I will drive there next time.

This place is second to none. It is theeeeeeee best chip shop by a mile. If you haven’t tried it you should The food is always boiling hot Fresh and amazing. I always have it delivered It’s always prompt and always always hot. This is the best takeaway option in the area.

So inconsistent! But bad more than good which is a shame as when its good it's really nice! Food constantly undercooked - woman tried arguing that its set to a temperature and that means its cooked - we had a frozen chip in our food and others barely cooked so the temperature maybe correct but the timing isn't. People don't have £15 to waste when food is going straight in bin. Bring back small chippies with people that care not chains.
Chips were inedible, the chips certainly were not fresh !! ,never again!! Total waste of money!!!!

Sausage and chips with a bread roll.The roll was lovely. The rest was stone cold. The fox will have them on the way home.Such a shame. A chippie with cold chips. That's all you do. Chips etc. I don't expect Michelin grade food.A hard earned £6.80 down the pan!

Not anymore since new owners bought 2cod and I large chips cod was disgusting if it was cod at all all battervery little fish tasted like it had been cooked for two days chips cold not very nice will never use again
