Went in just for drinks . Very accommodating and welcoming.made us feel at ease straight away .so after our first drinks decided to stay for food and more drinks .there was 7 of us . Great service.Kid-friendliness: Very warm welcome on arrival very accommodating

? l am lactose intolerant, great care was taken over my choice of food, it was pointed out what was suitable for me. I ate lunch with a friend, the meal was delicious and the food was well prepared. The staff were most attentive without being a nuisance ~ l would recommend this restaurant without hesitation 5 stars for me.

Carmarthen's Frankie and Benny's is a great restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and accommodate special requests such as access for elderly guests as much as possible. Our grand daughter is gluten intolerant and they always make efforts to ensure food arrives the same time.I did notice that pasta dishes have a smaller portion size in recent months. That's actually a real shame l, because I go there for the spaghetti. And you feel a bit robbed getting half for the same price.But overall it's a fantastic venue and well maintained

Dined in for lunch today and the service was fab! Katie was very attentive and Carys made us some lovely milkshakes! Food was hot and delicious, really good value for money. Can’t wait to come again!Vegetarian options: Loved the vegan hot dog!

Left with a sad birthday boy ? So just for context, we live about an hour away from this F&B's so it's only for a treat or a day out that we get to visit. It was my sons 15th birthday and he chose to go for a meal and cinema afterwards. Having visited many branches of F&B's over the years, I am well aware of the 'birthday song' as is my son. We have sung along many times, to other people's birthdays during our visits and applauded to celebrate their special day. With this in mind, I whispered to the waitress (who was lovely btw, very attentive and good at her job) that it was his birthday. She gave me a knowing nod and as far as I was aware, that was it sorted my son would be the recipient of 'the birthday song.' well, we ate our starters and nothing. We ate our mains and nothing, during this time my son said to us 'omg, imagine if they all sang happy birthday to me' so it was obviously on his radar that it might happen. We decided against dessert as we were all too full. The waitress proceeded to ask us if we wanted the bill. We paid and left. All the time I'm thinking, anytime now, it will happen in a minute. It didn't. Now I know it sounds petty, but he was so sad as we left. I gave him a hug and asked if it was because they hadn't sung the birthday song and he had a little cry. We've been so many times and sung along for other people, it made him feel somehow like he wasn't worthy of it. I struggled not to storm back in and just let you know, it's the little things that have impact whether that be positive or negative. In this case negative but could have so easily been positive. You ruined his birthday evening. His mood didn't pick back up, it was only improved by the amazing staff at the harvester opposite (where we went for a drink) who when I told them what had happened at F&B's they all came to our table with a piece of brownie, a candle and sang happy birthday to him. Which was really lovely and managed to prompt a faint smile from my son but it still felt like too little, too late. Have a word F&B your food is lovely, atmosphere good, clean and polite staff but pay attention to the little things they make all the difference.

Today we visited your restaurant in Carmarthen and was so disappointed with the food ! I t was cold and tasteless and after the second attempt I decided to order a salad the waitress was lovely and helpful but sadly will not be visiting again .

Excellent service from waiting staff and food was fantastic. We planned to go to Toby Carvery a Ross the square, but the elevator was out of service meaning one of our party couldn't access the restaurant. So we instead went for Frankie and Benny's. It can often be a little on the pricey side. But considering the fantastic service and attentiveness to our group's awkward allergies it was very worthwhile. Highly recommended!
The welcome when we arrived was warm, and the drinks service was prompt. Thereafter things took a turn for the worse. We watched as others started complaining to staff, who in turn lost their confidence, and ended up being surly. Our party included three children, and our food wasn't served until 75 minutes after ordering. It was freshly cooked and tasty, but way, way too late.

i got a garlic bread pizza i had a bite and then i realised the bottom was black and then i got a new one and it looked completley fine but i tasted it and all i could taste was burnt!! not impressed and also ordered a brownie waited 35 minutes for a brownie!!

Wasn't very happy with the food, drinks taste very off like there was a problem with the pumps, one of thr staff members was very rude, the others was very kind and helpful, they was all busy I think they needed more staff, food wasn't the best, don't think I'll be rushing back

The food was ok and the young lady that served us was very nice and had good customer service. But she seemed to be the only waitress so you had to wait such a long time for your food. I don't think it's as good as it was a few years ago .

Food was mediocre, the lady serving us seemed very flustered even though it was quiet in there. Some items accepted on order but then was out of stock so indicates a lack of communication between the kitchen snd waiting staff. Overall a pretty underwhelming experience.
