A gentleman called Dave jumped on a till for me as I was running late to pick my little girl up from school.Izzy the young lady was also very polite and give me a free cup cake as they didn’t have two gingerbread men in the shop.Little things like this make your experience in Greegs much easier and better.Thank you Dave and Izzy, both should be promoted.

It is a lovely coffee place. But the cleanliness was not there. I was very disgusted and I wiped my table with an antiseptic cloth. The floor was filthy. The staff was friendly, though.

Guaranteed queues going out the door come lunch, and staff are unreasonably slow. I've wasted half a lunch break standing in the queue multiple times over the last few months watching the staff and there's visibly no urgency or attempt to get food out in time. Either speed up, or hire new staff before this place gets a reputation for it.

sausage was lovely but the bacon was so bloody hard it was horrendous. It was worse than cardboard. The cappuccino was absolutely lovely.
Greggs is my favourite place to eat,first food i ate when arrived in england,yummy.have to wait another year til visit again
