I have never met such a rude group of individuals in all my life. I will never step foot in this Starbucks ever again. I was ignored, but when I repeated the question was given a standoffish reply. I am so offended by it I felt compelled to make a review, I can not quiet believe how rude they actually were. I’m shocked by it to be honest, not a great way to enjoy the start to your holiday.\\nAs for the toilets, why would you put the hand dryer next to the toilet utterly disgusting! And not high up low level - horrible absolutely awful experience. And the men’s toilets were out of use, I wouldn’t give them 1 star only it’s the lowest possible.

Love my Starbucks in any part of the country. Only negative and nothing to do with the staff. A young teenage girl maybe 15 felt it OK to play around with the wooden stirrers by running her fingers through all of them.

Modern facility, with shaded outside seating as well as inside. Good coffee and panani and cakes. Prices not cheap.

Regularly visit here on our way out of the county. Always loads of parking. There's normally a queue which is to be expected being the only Starbucks down West ? Good selection of food and drinks. Staff are always polite but dare I say I never get a really super friendly feel from there, maybe due to the fast pace which is understandable. Iced white mocha with hazelnut is delicious. ?

The coffee was up to the expected standard but the service was appalling. Only 2 members of staff on and they were concentrating on drive through customers. Even though I was at the head of the queue they must have served 6 cars before they took my order when there was only one car waiting when we entered the cafe.

The nicest Starbucks staff ever!
The usual Starbucks coffee etc so you know what to expect but this is in a nice spot on the A40. It is the lovely staff who make the relaxed friendly atmosphere. I’ve sat in many Starbucks
all over the country. This is easily my favourite.

One of the nicest Starbucks around. Very mixed age set of servers, always seem to be happy. Usually plenty of seating as many people stop off here to take a Venti cup into their car at the start of many Mike's of dual carriageway/motorway.

High quality and high standards of a Starbucks. Very roomy, always friendly staff even those being trained are very courteous. Drinks are good quality, well made and the place is always clean. Can’t ask for much more can you?
