Food was never delivered. Called after 90 minutes, they said it would be half an hour. After 2 hours I gave up and went through the app’s customer service for a refund. Turns out they had never even made or sent the food out. Awful

Seem to be very expensive for the quality ended up given the large lamb shish to the dogs. Very long wait time considering there wasn't many people. £60 down and still hungry.

Ordered on the website, when the food came was surprised when I was told a higher price than what was sent to me via email confirmation. Food was also mixed up and put into different meals, definitely won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely appalling! Prices on the website are much lower than in the restaurant so we got a shock at the door when they arrived. Placed an order of three small items at 9:49pm and didn’t receive our order until 11:32pm after numerous phone calls to the restaurant to check on the time frame for delivery and being told 10/15 more minutes each time. Didn’t even offer to compensate us for the appalling service. Won’t be ordering a delivery ever again!
Absolute crap place, food is nice that's why I re order, last 3 orders have been 2 hour waits. Tonight is now 2 and a half hours late, ring them up they hadn't seen my order, we will have it to you in 15 min, 35 min later rang back again hadn't seen my order. I've ordered a kebab not a meal for a family of 40!!

Order was significantly late, rang to ask for update and told me to stop ringing in a very rude manner - avoid at all costs unless you want cold food and rude people.

Ordered through food hub .. Food was late, fries were old and cold, portion of donee meat was really skimpy and the iceblast was half melted. It's really gone downhill here lately ... Is it under new owners or something? Very poor ?
