Dirty filthy . The counters by the till are full of dust. The glasses for water looked like they were washed in a trough . The teaspoon issued with my coffee so much residue filth on them . The milk jug was cracked and stained/ dirty . The tables was uncleared and full of spilt food and drink . There was pieces of cake and other food items under the table and the chairs

One of the worst Costa iv been to and iv been to alot. Just every time. poorly/rushed lattes and cappuccinos. not hot enough or getting my order wrong. Domt seem to have a problem with Coffee #1 next door

I was there with my family.Terrible attitude. I needed a straw and I asked very politely, and the woman looked at the ceiling and went to bring me a straw. When she brought it to me she threw it angrily and my straw fell to the ground. I asked for another one therefore and was refused.When this is your job, you have no right to treat customers like that.

Gréât baristas and a clean environment but take ear-plugs - the worst MUZAK I’ve heard since I took a ferry 30 years ago!! I can only think it’s a policy to drive people out once they’ve bought their drink! ??

We have a festival here on Saturday - the outside area is awful - bird droppings, leaves, tables full of used plates - one broom and a bucket of water is all it would take to make a better impression

Well just visited Costa coffee in Chepstow after a bad experience in weatherspoons Chepstow, lovely and clean great coffee and soft drinks, a special shout out to inez Stockleigh for making us welcome a very friendly and helpful lady

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, hot drinks not medium or warm, very sexy Biscoff cheesecake. Lovely old Blues music in the background. Fab.

Always love coffee n Costa is not a bad place to go for quick one. I like this place coz of their friendly n great service. Cool n attentive staff providing great n fast service. Coffee is always good with their sandwiches. Nice friendly atmosphere. Everyone was enjoying their time n coffee in their own way. All I didn’t like is 1 toilet causing long queue like in Lidl ?. Otherwise its nice place for cosying urself in this cold.
