They seemed very busy, so I waited until someone came to the till so I could collect my order. The lady that I collected it from was friendly, but the pizzas weren't great, very dry, and not at all like I remember. I'd recommend getting extra base sauce.

Never received our food after an hour of waiting. Ring up to ask for an update and they just say ‘sorry; we don’t deliver to your postcode’ despite being a 10 minute drive away. Waste of time

All the time my order is wrong, either wrong toppings or base or is burned. This is one of the worst pizza places in the area. And the customer service and care is absolutely disgusting. When I went to the shop to sort out a refund, the lady refused to listen and kept interrupting me. She did not provide me with proof for a refund. Honestly I will never order from them again.
I ordered my meal online for 8.30 but was delivered at 3.15. When i said the time was wrong the manager sent bk the delivery driver n said i can either have it or do not have it at all. I am absolutely disgusted

Will not be using again! Order twice the past two weeks and both times we've had items missing, first time they refused to deliver missing item so reimbursed, second time it took over 40 mins of being passed around and arguing our point to get missing item delivered. As much as the issues were rectified, it took longer than it should have and was difficult to resolve. They've lost our business
