I usually shop from Greggs, there is not much of a choice when it comes to fast food places in Chepstow so my visit is only partially by choice and every time I visit the high street branch, I regret my purchase, the service is extremely poor, staff rarely smile and look as if they are hostages of that place and not employees. They are even hostile to each other so you can imagine the level of hostility to the customers. If any of the high level Greegs managers get to read this, do not take my word for it, send a mystery shopper and find out for yourself that how desperately the staff in that branch need retraining on how to deal with each other and the customers.

Poor customer service. Got my order wrong and also said my toastie would take 10 mins to heat. Said I got a refund for their error but it was not processed on the till.
