What a delightful place, great food, excellent customer service will definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Made a booking at short notice and were able to fit us in. We wanted burgers but they weren't available for a few hours but rhe front of house were able to accommodate us. The food was absolutely first rate, really delicious. Service was incredibly helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough.

Arrived and had to wait 10 mins to be shown to a table further wait for another 20 minutes before drinks order taken. Food arrived swiftly we only had mains and was tasty but then took ages to get the bill sorted whilst the one waitress working cleared empty tables! Had to take the bill to the bar in order to pay and again another wait to pay Customer service was very poor won’t be going back

Superb pizza and service. Worth a visit. Dog friendly in the covered garden area.

We took our dog with us and ate in the garden/conservatory. Our dog was given a warm welcome by all the staff, the food was delicious (and the pizza toppings just a bit unusual which was lovely) and the service was fast and friendly.Kid-friendliness: There were child friendly pizza options

Gone downhill. Changed signature pizza and didnt inform us. Prices going up, Quality and service are slipping. Watched staff argue on my last 2 visits. Given up on the place now

Lovely outdoor seating area with good tunes, friendly staff and tasty food. Gluten free pizza base was decent.A little bit pricey, especially drinks. Paid £4.5 for a flat white and got a cappuccino.
Wow ? Pizza, rustic fries and peroni! All amazing, so much pizza choice. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Great service & lovely location

Booked for 4 was very welcome by staff who were very professional and friendly and helpful. The pizza and garlic bread and fries were very nice and hot and tasteful. It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Had a smash burger it wasn’t a smashed burger(no frayed edges) and the patty tasted like a cheap frozen burger(not quality beef)

Visited Stone Rock tonight for a meal. It's our third visit to this restaurant, but this time we were quite disappointed. The pizza base was fine, but it lacked flavour and toppings...mostly cheese with a few scattered prawns and some Chorizo. £15 for that was a joke! We asked for a brownie sundae for dessert, but got a brownie on a place with a ball of vanilla ice cream...at £7 another joke. The service was poor, nothing cleared away in a timely fashion & no one checked if our food was okay. There was occasionally an incessant, high-pitched beeping in the background. Apparently, something is wrong with the printer. Plus, people were arriving to book into the B&B while in the proximity of us having an evening meal is very off-putting. We live in Chepstow and like to be patrons of the establishments & shops in the town, but we won't be going back to Stone Rock, or recommending to our friends and colleagues.

Pizza tasted great, fantastic base sauce and cooked perfectly. Bit pricey as takeaway was the same as sit in prices.
