“We were the very first to dine in after the refurbishment, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant looks fantastic – modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The service was amazing throughout, with great recommendations from the menu that turned out to be spot on. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection – truly some of the best Indian food we’ve had locally. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a proper dine-in experience, and it really makes this place stand out. Highly recommend for anyone wanting great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.”

“We ordered via Just Eat while we were on holiday and the food arrived MUCH quicker than expected. I had the spicy beef with EFR and my wife had king prawn sweet & sour. Her prawns were (apparently) amazing (I don't do seafood) and my beef dish was very tasty. I also ordered two different portions of chicken wings which were crispy and tasty. Definitely ordering again when we go back later this year. No photos unfortunately - I'm a human dustbin when food arrives at the door.”

“One of the best fish & chip places I've visited to in quite a while. The place was nice & clean, and very well lit.
I ordered the homemade fishcake, chips & peas The fishcake tasted superb, nice & creamy texture to it. The chips were well done & not too greasy.
I also tried the spam & cheese fritter which was a first on me, and gets a thumbs up, very tasty.
The service was quick & very welcoming, the place isn't too noisy either.”

“Tried ken's Kitchen recently. Ordered chicken and mushroom soup, chop suey and salt and pepper chicken fried rice. The food was very good. Flavours were light, everything well cooked and well packed. Ken tweaked the food to our preferences as requested and was overall a very stand-up guy. The food quantity was good and was well packed. Definitely the best compared to the Chinese takeaways nearby.”
