West Promenade, Colwyn BayWe recently travelled from Manchester to Colwyn Bay. We stopped for a drink in The Toad and accidentally left our rucksack in the pub. We were travelling home on the day the pub was closed and contacted them. Peter from the pub very kindly posted it back to us. We are very grateful to their kindness. Great service. Chicken was succulent vegetables nicely seasoned and the home made gravy and Yorkshire pudding just perfect.

10 Penrhyn Rd, Colwyn Bayordered valentine’s day ordered around 3:30 pm in preparation for a busy evening, to start with was given a 30 min deliver slot and that slot came around no food delivered waited another 30 mins still no food delivered it wasn’t until around 8:45 our food arrived, did attempt to contact store was unable to get through, so was debating whether to go down and get the food myself as phone line wouldn’t even ring and when it did there was not an attempt to answer it .ordered a beef curry unfortunately it arrived and wasn’t the nicest sauce tasted fairly powdery and made my meal inedible resulting in me throwing my meal away, egg fried rice was ok as expected, partner ordered beef and tomato and chips and she said it was nice but was also missing prawn crackers and fortune cookies did attempt to call up around issues with food but was still unable to get through usually can’t go wrong with china garden but on this special occasion and for the price it was poor quality on the one meal with other items missing,

what a difference ordered at 4:30 and selected an 8:30 till 9 o’clock delivery slot order beef and tomato and chips, chicken curry and chips and salt and pepper chicken bites food arrived on time and pipping hot and tasted great best curry i’ve had in awhile definitely much better quality

When I picked it up, I saw one of the chefs cooking the chicken in a tandoori oven and it looked and smelt lovely. The naans are amazing full of flavour and taste amazing. In my opinion best local Indian compared to others in colwyn bay

I ordered the homemade fishcake, chips & peas The fishcake tasted superb, nice & creamy texture to it. The chips were well done & not too greasy.
I also tried the spam & cheese fritter which was a first on me, and gets a thumbs up, very tasty.
The service was quick & very welcoming, the place isn't too noisy either.

Instead of dried up pitta, you get large, chewy, chargrilled flatbreads and everything is always delivered hot. The pizzas are pretty damn good too!

44 Gadlas Rd, Llysfaen, Colwyn BayOrdered a Salt and pepper box today, for 18.90 I think it’s the best value for money you’ll get from a Chinese in the surrounding area. The box itself is filled with chips, chicken wings, balls, shredded and pieces along with some ribs, all dowsed with a strong and flavourful salt and pepper seasoning. Normally a set meal would fill us up with none to spare, but you could feed 3-4 people with this marvelous box. This is a MUST for flavour and spice lovers

I am a professional singer and Dj from the Midlands. \n\nFrom the first point of contact with the manager Dylan, I feel he has shown a very professional and organised attitude towards me. \nIt is clear that Dylan has put considerable time and effort into his management role at the station, the station boasts a great atmosphere with all ages of people enjoying themselves respectfully. \nI can honestly say they literally couldn’t do enough to help me and support me throughout the evening of entertainment. Dylan provided me with genuine kindness and has made me feel extremely welcome. \nI was so pleased to be introduced to the regulars in which are some of the best people I’ve ever performed to. I recieved so many wonderful comments and compliments. It is very clear to see how well respected Dylan is at the station. \nHe is a very well loved part of the team and should be congratulated on the service and care he provides.\n \nI have been professionally performing for 11 years and have attended many different venues meeting all kinds of people. The Station will certainly stand out to me because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere, it was an absolute pleasure to perform for them.\nI would like to give credit to Dylan for his management skills and capability of providing such a lovely atmosphere for me whilst working at his venue.\nI am very pleased to say I have been given multiple dates to return to perform again and I really cannot wait to be back with Dylan and the team! The drinks served were tasty and went down well, I guess my only complaint would be the staff dragging tables and chairs around us to accommodate other patrons. It would not have been so bad if they had actually lifted the furniture a little, instead everything was loud screeches; certainly not conducive to a quiet drink we had hoped for.

I particularly love their fish pie and beef roast. It’s at the top of a hill in a little village, but people travel far and wide to eat and drink here.

The VERY best place to get Indian food in Colwyn Bay. Genuinely friendly and efficient staff, and the smell of fresh spices and cooking from the kitchen is almost intoxicating!

So I went back in their and asked her , and she said yes I give you it , and then said I'll check till at the end of the day , but I didn't bother following it up , and I never found the money , so I don't know what happened, and I didn't drop it cos you'd hear all coins , maybe I was pick pocketed ...who knows ???? , I give them full stars cos the cake are alright

292 Conway Rd, Mochdre, Colwyn BayWe ordered two meals from here late last Friday night. We were told it would take 20 minutes to make when we dialled through. In the end it took closer to 40 minutes which was really frustrating. Sadly I had a bit of a go at some of the staff which in hindsight I perhaps shouldn't have done. When I went to collect the food they kindly offered it to me for free which I thought was a really nice gesture. I couldn't accept it for free as I felt bad so we agreed to meet halfway. The food was lovely as well, really well cooked and not overly gloppy like you get from some Chinese takeaways.

Such a small price for such amazing food! The food was tasteful and packed full with delicious meat and fresh vegetables. The quality was outstanding and is the best Chinese food that I have had in at least 10 years! What really blew me away was the lovely staff inside of the restaurant. The restaurant waiting room had beautiful decoration and was extremely well kept. All surfaces were clean and clearly cared for and looked after. This is obviously a business that is proud of what they are and how they serve their food, and it absolutely shows in the way they provide their hospitality. The authentic atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing, and it was really nice to see who I assume is a family working together to keep their company thriving! If I could have given more than five stars, I absolutely would've!

For all the "yuff" please get a proper job so you can upgrade to include chips and a drink, stop living with your mum, stop vaping as you have never smoked and please wear other alternative footwear other than Air Max 95's. I appreciate the "Yuff" like to dress in top to toe berghaus but please ensure your pants are a different shade from your top, it looks like you are in your pyjamas. When you witness staff being, "Yo Bro'd" 20 times, in the space of 1 minute by the "Yuff" you just want to say, there is a big world out there and the world does not exist in station road between the prince madoc and the dominos. The VERY best place to get Indian food in Colwyn Bay. Genuinely friendly and efficient staff, and the smell of fresh spices and cooking from the kitchen is almost intoxicating!
This is the easiest 5 stars anyone can give. A superb business and service the area can be very proud of. Well done Massla Colwyn Bay.

Conwy Brewery Ltd
2, Ty Mawr Enterprise Park, Tan-Y-Graig Rd, Llysfaen, Colwyn BayHosted my husband’s 30th party here this weekend and Dave couldn’t have been more accommodating and made it so easy to plan, he organised the band and a pizza van which were both fantastic and the young lads behind the bar were both great! All the guests had a wonderful time.

Good Taste Bistro
18 Sea View Rd, Colwyn BayHad a lovely cheesecake and coffee this morning when I met up with a friend for a catch up. Food was tasty and nicely presented. It's gone more expensive recently, but it's good quality. I do miss the baguettes though, they were amazing. Not so keen on the door stopper sandwiches.

The Toad
West Promenade, Colwyn BayWe recently travelled from Manchester to Colwyn Bay. We stopped for a drink in The Toad and accidentally left our rucksack in the pub. We were travelling home on the day the pub was closed and contacted them. Peter from the pub very kindly posted it back to us. We are very grateful to their kindness. Great service. Promenade, Colwyn BayLovely seafront location, just stopped for parking, toilets and coffee but came away with delicious fresh Welsh cakes.. didn't try the restaurant but it looked lovely with a varied menu. Lots of chef's and nice to see the open kitchen. Great friendly service from the guy surviving on the counter.

Although they were busy nothing was too much trouble for the customers I dinned with in their dining room. Traditional Sunday lunch well cooked and presented with lots of meat ( senior plate only slightly smaller ). Entertainment in the garden. Would visit again

The Plough Inn, 282 Abergele Rd, Old Colwyn, Colwyn BayMyself and my daughter booked a table for 2 and we was not disappointed.
Chicken was succulent vegetables nicely seasoned and the home made gravy and Yorkshire pudding just perfect.
I mean the Yorkshire puddings need a star rating on there own

China Garden Restaurant
10 Penrhyn Rd, Colwyn Bayordered valentine’s day ordered around 3:30 pm in preparation for a busy evening, to start with was given a 30 min deliver slot and that slot came around no food delivered waited another 30 mins still no food delivered it wasn’t until around 8:45 our food arrived, did attempt to contact store was unable to get through, so was debating whether to go down and get the food myself as phone line wouldn’t even ring and when it did there was not an attempt to answer it .ordered a beef curry unfortunately it arrived and wasn’t the nicest sauce tasted fairly powdery and made my meal inedible resulting in me throwing my meal away, egg fried rice was ok as expected, partner ordered beef and tomato and chips and she said it was nice but was also missing prawn crackers and fortune cookies did attempt to call up around issues with food but was still unable to get through usually can’t go wrong with china garden but on this special occasion and for the price it was poor quality on the one meal with other items missing,
update 7th march
what a difference ordered at 4:30 and selected an 8:30 till 9 o’clock delivery slot order beef and tomato and chips, chicken curry and chips and salt and pepper chicken bites food arrived on time and pipping hot and tasted great best curry i’ve had in awhile definitely much better quality

Vintage Kitchen
43 Penrhyn Ave, Rhôs-on-Sea, Rhos on Sea, Colwyn BayMy favourite sandwich shop!!! We visit here regularly for their salad boxes & hot wraps. Everything is always so fresh and all of the girls behind the counter are super friendly.
Not forgetting their brownies & cookies!!! We can never resist and have to treat ourselves to a couple everytime.
