This place is joke and always has been, the people that work here are not trained properly and haven't got a Scooby do. Food was greasy af and the service was even worse.

Waited over 30 minutes for bonus banquet. No explanation as to why. Chips and popcorn chicken were re-heated, some chicken fillets looked pink. Food was nothing to write home about and very expensive for what I got. Won't be going back to this branch as second bad experience in as many weeks. Previous visit I noticed the restaurant and tables were dirty, very understaffed and group of lads were vaping inside and shouting and nothing was done about it.

KFC staff at Colwyn bay I salute you for having to deal with the Colwyn bay "yuff" who's vocabulary extends to "Yo bro" and"mini fillet". For all the "yuff" please get a proper job so you can upgrade to include chips and a drink, stop living with your mum, stop vaping as you have never smoked and please wear other alternative footwear other than Air Max 95's. I appreciate the "Yuff" like to dress in top to toe berghaus but please ensure your pants are a different shade from your top, it looks like you are in your pyjamas. When you witness staff being, "Yo Bro'd" 20 times, in the space of 1 minute by the "Yuff" you just want to say, there is a big world out there and the world does not exist in station road between the prince madoc and the dominos. Oh last thing between the prince madoc and dominos there is razor kings, go in there and get a proper haricut so you can see, if you remove the floppy fringe life is wonderful, all the colours of the rainbow
Visited this store recently...Two members of staff we're acting like kids in a playground "very unprofessional..then to make matters worse..I could hear a female shouting at the top of her voice at staff..I presume..she was a manager ..this is the worse encounter..with KFC I've ever

Tonight I had to wait 37 minutes for a trilogy box meal. Absolutely ridiculous.The staff were rude and unhelpful without any explanation as to why we had to wait for that amount of time.The seating area was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned all day. The area where we filled our drinks was filthy. I spent some of the time waiting squashing flies.The food was ok.

This is the worst KFS I've ever been to. We waited 50 minutes for our order, despite the fact that only three tables were occupied. Workers are very slow. It also smelled so unpleasantly of waste in the middle that I went outside to breathe. The floor and tables were dirty. Within 50 minutes, a guy came out with a dirty mop and dirty water, didn't sweep, and started mopping the floor from top to bottom. it was a horror. He himself looked very unkempt, covered in white flour. And can this employee work with products? It was just terrifying.DO NOT RECOMMEND this KfS

We waited 15-20 minutes for our food order as there was, what seemed to be, only one person serving. A gentleman before us waited even longer. The peice of chicken we recieved with our order was luke warn & extremely dry!!! I would have taken it back to be changed but I just didn't want to be waiting round again. It seems the place hasn't changed much since I last went in there about 10 years ago. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!
