NEVER have meatballs when I go in and wouldn't let me buy a sausage,bacon and cheese cause it was on the breakfast menu...despite it being there in front of her. Great service ? ?

Staff are more concerned about chatting in the kitchen than actually coming out to the front and serving people. Waited for at least 5 minutes and even tried shouting into the kitchen for attention. Suprised this branch hasn't shut down with this kind of attitude

This is my first negative review and I have been to some horrendous places Went!Went for a mega meat foot long sub, as I was in the que a girl shouted from behind me do you have any meat balls left to her blonde friend working which she replied yes.....its my turn to be served so I ask for a mega meat foot long to the same blonde girl who then informed me sorry we don't have any left its an 8 minute wait, so I chose something else. As I'm waiting for mine she then serves her friend who got a meatball sub!!!!! And had the cheek to say whilst I was still there......I only said that to him so you could have them!! Im sorry but that is awful service I wouldnt even give one star.
I ordered a 6 inch spicy pepporoni It took 10 minutes for the sandwich to be put into the toaster then another 10 minutes for me to actually receive it but that time it was stone cold I find that I'm not the only one who was waiting a while as the lady in front of me was also waiting a long while all because the staff were focusing on a single order (3 staff om at the time 2 in front 1 in back) I think this is unacceptable.

Unbelievable. Colwyn Bay subway. Rejected my order! Placed order online for collection. Gave them hours of warning. Reached the shop door and had an email cancelling the order!!! It was for £38 and was a special tea my son had ordered for the whole family. I'm not a Karen so didn't want to make a scene but I'm guessing rather than having to make 5 footlongs they lazily cancelled the order. Also have to wait up to 5 days for the refund. Chose another shop if you want a subway!!

Asked for a 6inch tuna and got told NO they didn't have any and he was not going to make any for 1hour because he had some salad prep to do (counter full of salad). Good customer service think a little more training wouldn't hurt.
