A great little tap room in Colwyn Bay run by the very helpful Chris. He even let our well behaved collie Nell in for a sit down after touring around the local area. A great selection of craft beers on offer and looks like he puts on a few social and film nights as well. Definitely worth a visit to support your local independent shop.

Stopped off on the way back to Chester from Conwy. Short walk from the train station but worth it. Not the biggest place but plenty of choice in cask, keg or fridge form. Cozy atmosphere pity we didn't have longer before catching our train

Ace little beery spot. Great selection on tap and also in the fridges. Really lovely owner. Seating both inside and out. Just gutted we couldn't stay there for more than one drink. A must visit for beer lovers when you're in Colwyn Bay. The large beach is just a stones throw away too!

It was our first time visit to The Bay Hop. Chris was a very welcoming host and although we we first through the door at opening time ( 4 pm) the small place filled up soon after with jolly regulars who come for a quiet pint and a chat. Pizza night on Monday's so must come back for that sometime soon. Thanks Chris.

Nice place with good beers and friendly service. Good music selection too. A few more chairs would be good. Standing room only last time we called in.
