“Visited here on a trip to conwy castle after spotting it from the battlements. Very nice place and staff were very accommodating for my allergies and intolerances and I was able to pick something I wanted with ease, even remembered my allergy when I went back for a cake and told me what I could have. I had the bbq chicken and lettuce sandwich which was served warm and was amazing,my brother had the cheese and ale chutney toastie which he really enjoyed too and we had an iced tea each mine was Mango and my brother had Blackberry both were delicious and freshly made from scratch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back next time I visit.”

“Wonderful for vegans
Actually, this is an all-around wonderful place!
There is a range of vegan and vegetarian options. I nearly went for the mushroom soup, made with oat milk (I've had it before), but instead had the cauliflower cheese on a baked potato with side salad. Absolutely gorgeous!
Cantîn is within the Conwy Culture Centre building, they work well together, so making a visit to both a real treat.
There is disabled parking, everything is on the flat on a single level, inside and out, with a well-equipped accessible toilet.
All the staff are lovely and I really like the atmosphere. Prices seem very reasonable.

“I had some time to kill, from getting off the train in Conwy, till Mayall's Guitar Shop opened, so I initially went in for a coffee, which eventually became a bacon sarnie and a fresh OJ as well.
The service was impeccable. The food was well prepared. The ambience was spot on.
I returned for lunch after shopping. The Ploughman's I had was very impressive (see attached image). Even though there were more customers, the service was still impeccable. I shall eat there again when I am next I'm Conwy”
