Just stopped here for a little refreshment on our fantastic tour of the area. Great mix of people. Locals were lovely. Fantastic friendly staff. Beer was perfect. Great all round pub. And dog friendly.

Bartender who was a senior Red head lady made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable and spoke to me with attitude I will definitely not be going again which is a shame because I am a local.

07/09/23: Dog friendly. Guinness was average, tasted like Murphy's. Working mens pub. Friendly service though, punters and staff. Toilets not clean. Not one for the craft ale lovers. One pint pub! Would not say don't come, but don't expect bells and whistles! Dog friendly!

Visited on 02/06/23 but was very disappointed. Please wear a good pair of shoes as you will stick to the floor and your shoes may never recover. Also the snacks available were very unsubstantial as they only served Kinder Bueno (not good after a bottomless at Anna’s)and they were not happy when they realised we actually partake in enjoying said snack, come on mail coach the nutritional value of your snacks are shocking. The bull-dog attitude from the barmaid was as unpleasant as the filthy remote control. Come on mail coach a mop and bucket along with a smile will go a long way. Also place your bins in staff areas where there are no customer!!!! Then the customer will not get in your way when launching your empties.
