Had a class coffee made by Megan the other day with brilliant customer service. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. They clearly don't know anything about respect for workers in hospitality. Highly recommend

Great place to sit and unwind with a lovely coffee, goos selection of food too. The staff are all friendly and very good at looking after their customers, and work very hard looking after them and attending to the shop. I regularly come into this costa because of all these reasons.

Sunday afternoon. Coffee was given in take away cups an hour and fifteen prior to closing. One of the mochas was awful. So strong. No hot food as fridge was closed with a cover. Young girl by the name of Megan was sweeping around customers whilst they were trying to enjoy their coffee and cake. She mentioned she couldn’t sweep as customers were still present , this was 20 mins to closing. An elderly gentleman asked for a coffee 15 minutes before closing time and was refused. Heating was also turned off to try to encourage customers to leave. Very disappointed ,not the atmosphere expected from a Costa and also this shouldn’t be acceptable.

Came in for a nice drink with my friends on the cold morning then was treated rudely by a staff member with short black hair and glasses all cause of our age even though we were paying customers

Probably a one off but they were really struggling the day we went in, no food available and hot milk served with my tea. I did overhear the manager say they were struggling with staff and she wasn't feeling well.

Coffee was usual Costa standard, the staff were very pleasant, but the food was a bit limited. I believe at the time they were having issues with the grills
