Fabulous bed and breakfast Inn.A quite location just a short drive from Cowbridge but within easy reach of Cardiff and many other South Wales attractions.Rooms have all you could ask for, including a large, extremely comfortable bed, tea, and coffee making facilities ( replenished every day) wall mounted TV etc.The breakfasts are a must, A full Engish all with locally sourced produce.Lunch and Evening meals are available with a varied menu. All the staff are extremely helpful and polite.Beryl & Michael are the hosts in this lovely establishment and are more than happy to assist you with any information you may need.My wife and I have stayed at the Victoria several times now and always go back when we visit South Wales.Highly recommend ?

Had a nice meal, but it did take an age for the food to be served, took over an hour from placing our order to receiving our meals.

I really should go here more often... It's the Apple of bar restaurants, it just works! Great food and great beer, reasonable cost, good atmosphere, great staff.

This was a lovely hotel for our 2 night stay. Room was very nice , china mugs yeah ! Bottles water, biscuits . Beautiful white soft towels . Spotless. We ate both nights in the bar. Tom liked the local beer . The 2nd night was very busy and we were told by Sean (excellent waiter ) that it may take a bit longer . Wasn’t a problem at all. Superb service throughout and delicious meals. . Breakfast nice too . All freshly cooked , local produce . Thoroughly recommend a stay . Friendly owners too.

Great little Inn with large rooms (well mine was) and fully loaded. Lovely quiet location in a small village and the most amazing food. Never had lamb like it!

We had a lovely mid week meal at the Vic last Wed. Food was really nice and the staff made our night. The male waiter in particular (sorry forgot your name) was an arsenal fan, don't worry I won't hold that against you, was funny and very attentive. Will definitely go back. ?

B and B here is great. Friendly hosts and staff. Quiet area so a peaceful night. Bed too soft for us but not uncomfortable. Good menu and a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Not as good as it used to be. Very large portions which is good but staff could do with a bit of training, smiling helps. Could say more but not going to.

We returned to stay at the Victoria Inn and found that the owners, Mike and Beryl, had maintained their excellent standards of very clean and comfortable accommodation. We had a lovely twin room with ensuite bathroom, complimentary toiletries. The quiet surroundings and comfortable beds are conducive to a good night's sleep. Five-star full English breakfast - best we've had! Highly recommended and a place we'll always come back to.Rooms: Meticulously clean towels and linen. Good size room and facilities.Nearby activities: Close to historic town of Llantwit Major and a variety of beaches, cliffside walks, and country paths to walk through.Food & drinks: Good restaurant and pub downstairs.Noteworthy details: Good tea/coffee making facilities in room, complimentary bottles of water and biscuits; ironing facilities and fan. Great Wi-Fi for business travelers. Good parking facilities at no fee.

We stayed at a camp site near by and stumbled upon this beautiful pub. The staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant was old worldy and beautifully laid out. Tables for 2 to tables for large parties. Dogs allowed in the bar area. High chairs for children. Beer garden. And the most important part was the food. The home made curry was very tasty. The Angus burger with Welsh Cheddar was delicious. The fish was so big and white. The batter was just perfect. The best was the Lamb with new potatoes and vegetables. Desserts were tasty and the liqueur coffee was served with real cream not squirty cream. Great wine list too.Food & drinks: Wide range of food and drinks. The food was excellent, home cooked, fresh and tasty

Friendly staff and good food.Very affordable and plenty of choice on the menu.Speedy service. Not far from cowbridge - country roadsDated decor but doesnt matter!Seems like a firm favourite with older clientele so must be regularly good.

Didn't stay overnight, in an Airbnb nearby, great village pub. Excellent beer, good food, friendly service and there was an area we could eat in with the dogs .
