We booked for a two night stay and were told on arrival, that there would be no breakfast or evening meal due to flood damage which happened a few months ago. If this had been mentioned before we booked on their official website, we wdnt have made the booking.

The Moelwyn is overlooking the beach and the views of Black Rock and the Castle are worth the trip. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice to have. We are in the restaurant and the menu offered a choice of dishes. The food was served hot and the quality of the food was very good. Prices were reasonable.

Was nice location but breakfast seemed a challenge to owners. Poor scheduling and slow service. Needs attention to detail. Food ok.

We wanted a Sunday lunch and enquired, beautiful Sunday roast dinner and delicious bread and butter pudding. The owner and staff were very friendly. Lovely position with a view of the sea. Would highly recommend it, and will visit again on our Sunday outings.

Prime spot facing the sea. Hosts Tom and Amelia made us really welcome. Had Sunday lunch which was very reasonable. Spent the evening on the terrace with bottle of wine. Couldn't fault anything. Will return. Thanks Steve for breakfast really looked after usWalkability: Beautiful flat walk along the sea

When in for a family Sunday lunch and was very disappointed. The gravy was tomato soup. The potatoes was hard and under cooked. The parsinps was old and woody. The only good thing we had was the carrots and the Yorkshire pudding and the beef was tender. The chefs didn't like any criticism as we asked for one with out the tomato soup and we could hear him being rude as we setnt one back. We will not be going back at all!!!Food & drinks: The gravy was tomato soup. The potatoes was hard and under cooked. The parsinps was old and woody. The only good thing we had was the carrots and the Yorkshire pudding and the beef was tender.
