66-68 High St, CricciethReally tasty food, portions quite large however but great value nonetheless. The slow cooked lamb shoulder was exceptional as was my wife's curry. No room for dessert and the restaurant is closed now until spring next year we will be back as we regularly holiday hear.

46 High St, CricciethIt's a place we visit every time we come to North Wales. It's a friendly warm place which is clean and always inviting. The food is delicious and the quiches are wonderful broccoli and Stilton a favorite. The coleslaw is also of note. As for drinks milkshakes and flavoured coffee really recommended by my family. I just enjoy a simple pot of tea in the quirky cups.

The Falafel salad with gluten free ciabatta was also really good.Recommend this place both to locals and visitors ???????????????????????Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread etc.Kid-friendliness: Kids and dogs welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes easy access.

Trem y Gaer, CricciethIn my opinion this is the first time in at least 40 years that I can say that both chippys in Criccieth are equally superb. And that is a big compliment for Paddy's! Yes they are excellent but also consistently so and that's the real measure.For anyone with a normal appetite the small cod and small chips is plenty, and the curry sauce is quite special!

5 Castle St, CricciethAll cooked to order and well worth the wait. Very friendly staff. Really excellent sized portions, great chips and the batter on the fish is so crisp and light and the fish is so tasty. Highly recommended. Best fish and chips we've had in a long time.

High St, CricciethGreat pub find while staying close by on a caravan site. Staff in the pub so welcoming and friendly, we ordered food, all meals served quickly, hot fresh and tasted great. The vibe of the pub is also great , you are made to feel very welcome to come in for a drink and food. Great find, highly recommend :)

60 High St, CricciethSo lucky to find such a lovely business whilst we are on holiday. The produce is second to none and always well stocked. We have been visiting the area for many years and so pleased this business is still thriving as with supermarkets trying to replicate what is on offer but not coming close its so easy for others to overlook a small business.Vanilla slices, Bara brith and bread are definite favourites

So pretty, full of character and unique , like stepping back in time , with bric a brac , memorabilia , antiques and much loved family heirlooms, I could have stayed there all day ! As it was a beautiful sunny day , we sat outside , plus we had 2 dogs with us and as not really hungry ordered their homemade soup and bread and tea , which was hot and tasty . I stepped inside and spoke to a lovely lady who turned out to to be the owner , she told me about the tearoom and its family history , and it was so Interesting There are homemade cakes , afternoon tea , sandwiches of all sorts available, a proper Welsh tea room, situated in a quiet spot off the main road . Would recommend a visit to any one, as its so pretty and quaint, offering lovely uncommercialised food and a lovely spot to sit and take a break from modern life !

Moelwyn Restaurant and B&B
27-29 Mona Terrace, CricciethThe Moelwyn is overlooking the beach and the views of Black Rock and the Castle are worth the trip. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice to have. We are in the restaurant and the menu offered a choice of dishes. The food was served hot and the quality of the food was very good. Prices were reasonable.

52 High St, CricciethThis deli has everything you could possibly need from a deli. Anwyn, the proprietor is very knowledgeable and helpful. Cheese selection is amazing as are the pies. Highly recommend the beef pies. Gorgeous.

Old bank building, 39 High St, CricciethThis Indian Restaurant was recommended to us and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. We just turned up and we were taking straight to a table, which was amazing especially being Sat before Christmas. I have a Nut allergy so eating out can be a bit tricky sometimes, had quite a few main courses I could choose from, we ordered some popadoms wow freshly cooked and tasted wonderful. Main courses were of a good portion size and very tasty indeed. Drink selection was ok, not the best I’ve seen but not the worst either. Staff were friendly and not too over powering like some that you come across in other establishments. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of atmosphere, lovely building but it’s just lacking some warmth and ambiance. Even though there was many people in, it just felt a bit cold.

28 High St, CricciethThe take away was recommended to us so I was surprised to see bad reviews. I then saw that they were all a few years old. We had the set meal for two which was excellent. Perfectly cooked, very tasty and quickly prepared. Portion sizes were as expected, the standard takeaway container size. Will definitely be using them on a regular basis.
