I booked McDonalds for my daughter’s birthday I was able to book a space and pre order which was great and took away a lot of the stress. The added table service was great. Geraint the manager on shift was excellent and his customer service superb. Staff were friendly, had activities ready for the girls and balloons. They had a great afternoon one of the best Macdonalds I have ever been to staff could not do enough and the place was spotless. Thank you everyone x

I visited the Cwmbran restaurant this week. Whilst it was quite late in the evening (9:45pm), and there was few customers eating, I feel that standards should be kept.... The food was up to standard and no issues here, but the attitude and behavior of the staff wasn't. I arrived to find a woman staff-member taking a run (customer side) to jump up onto the counter in order to sit for a while and lean-over to view the till screen. Another younger employee helping himself to the drink machine and walking around behind the counter enjoying said drink, whilst having ''banter'' with his co-workers (lots of swearing) and throwing rolled-up paper napkins at them whilst hiding behind what I think was a fridge door. I watched a young male staff member load and unload takeaway bags several times as he clearly struggled to get the orders correct. Then to finish off, a kitchen worker (chef ?), coming out from the kitchen / behind the scenes, not in uniform, but in his well-worn tracksuit.... and going back and forth....... All this in front of the Shift Manager, who clearly gave the impression that she had little control over her staff..... It didn't look good at all !

I ordered from a bee eats but the meat came from the Cwmbran store, the food was warm for a change but the quality of the food was awful, my 9 year old Granddaughter can warm a bun without burning it, I could smell the burnt bread as I bit the burger, it was not edible, it’s not exactly rocket science

The queuing system was absolute chaos. Impossible to social distance. It was extremely busy on our visit, and other than a person directing at the door (whether you were eating in or out) it was as though there was no pandemic going on. Way too many people in here.

Visited for breakfast, ordered pancakes and syrup, no syrup or cutlery also sausage and egg muffin looked like it had been run over and full of grease. Best part cold drinks

Asked for no ice in all drinks and of course there was ice in all of them. By the time they fixed this problem all the food was cold. The ripped of the monopoly tickets off certain items so we couldn't receive any. Only reason for the star is due to the caramel frappuccino.

It is a good establishment, service speed and quality is great. It can get abit crouded at times especially after 3 when school has finished, also late in evenings kids start to hang around. Overall the restaurant itself is very good. Staff are polite and friendly.

Whilst I understand the business model requirement to shift to online ordering and delivery guting a pandemic, there has not been a recognition or reflective shift to meet the needs of customers who visit face to face. Ridiculous waiting times, refund refused to one customer who couldn't wait any longer, my customisation order - not customised but sticker to say it was still on top. Piles of food bags for delivery orders, but due to restrictions loads of delivery drivers inside and queuing outside- McDonalds doesn't stay hot for very long anyway, can only imagine how gold that will be when it gets there. Not worth the wait, order wrong, poor customer service for face to face customers. Good social distancing, and great team member on the door managing it yesterday

Popped into Cwmbran on Dec 4th, and it was absolute chaos. With CoVid going on, it was like nothing was wrong right across town... Except for in McDonalds. That was the only place in town where staff were actively ensuring that customers were social distancing. I'd go as far as to say that McDonalds was the only place in Cwmbran that day that I actually felt safe. Keep up the good work.
