I visited the Cwmbran restaurant this week. Whilst it was quite late in the evening (9:45pm), and there was few customers eating, I feel that standards should be kept.... The food was up to standard and no issues here, but the attitude and behavior of the staff wasn't. I arrived to find a woman staff-member taking a run (customer side) to jump up onto the counter in order to sit for a while and lean-over to view the till screen. The queuing system was absolute chaos. Impossible to social distance. It was extremely busy on our visit, and other than a person directing at the door (whether you were eating in or out) it was as though there was no pandemic going on. Way too many people in here.

I booked McDonalds for my daughter’s birthday I was able to book a space and pre order which was great and took away a lot of the stress. The added table service was great. Geraint the manager on shift was excellent and his customer service superb. Staff were friendly, had activities ready for the girls and balloons. They had a great afternoon one of the best Macdonalds I have ever been to staff could not do enough and the place was spotless. Thank you everyone x
