Nice place with nearest spot to see Airbus Beluga XL in action!There are no stars for food because we didn't eat anything, but we bought lovely planes models, so 5 stars for that!

Our first visit today! We had lunch at chocks away whilst waiting for the Beluga to take off. The meals are fantastic, my husband had the tikka burger which was huge! Ham and eggs was really lovely, loads of ham! Great quality meals at reasonable prices. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Hawarden.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly with a park outside overlooking the airfield.

Pre book is best we asked for a window seat , were we could view the huge plane that carries the wings from Airbus, small park outside our grandchildren loved it .Parking: You go through a security checkpoint , so best to pre-book then they have your name , because it's so close to Airbus , plenty of parking places.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly
I highly recommend a visit to this little gem, especially if you are a plane enthusiast. Food is always excellent and generous portion sizes. It's all homemade and the staff are lovely. Big outside space with a small play area and great views of the runwayWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp next to the blue badge parking, automatic doors, spacious outlay, and large disabled toilet
